Nov 24,2021Beware if relying on this for travel. Ordered a fit to fly test which came well in time with the courier they use, however posted off the test more than 48 hours ago with their royal mail service and their partner lab is still claiming has not arrived. Delays and issues can of course occur however when querying any service levels or timeframes they would operate to, I was simply told that they are not responsible or held accountable for any delays caused by royal mail and simply passed onto the terms and conditions document. I've used other suppliers with higher ratings recently which had the same issue with delays to their labs however unlike Medwyn they were quick to apologise and refund - I would avoid using this company if you are relying on this test for international travel as I am now having to cancel flights due to their delays. If you have any sort of issue with them I would advise getting in touch on a public platform such as this, as you can see below their response is completely different to when speaking to them in the privacy of their own live chat where I was told "We do not accept responsibility for any failure to meet the terms and conditions set out in this booking arising from any event or issue that is beyond our control or accountability."

Nov 19,2021Great customer service. Things in life don't always go to plan. So it's makes a fantastic change to deal with a company that actually provides meaningful customer service. I ordered a day 2 COVID test for use at home after trip to Germany. DPD local had a problem with the delivery (It was horse race day where I live and the traffic gets really bad so I'm guessing he just gave up). Package hadn't arrived when I got back home late at night (day 0). Called Medwyn next morning (day 1) call was answered promptly by a lady with excellent spoken English who really wanted to help. She checked the status of the package and told me DPD had recorded the package delivery as refused by me (yes of course it was). I didn't even have to tell her how ridiculous this was, she simply sorted dispatch of another test for next day delivery. I received tracking emails for the package and it arrived on schedule. Did the test and sent off results expecting cert' within 3 hours as stated in documentation. Six hours later no test result cert'. Chose to try on line chat this time. Again very prompt response and this was no robot answering system. Very helpful chap confirmed cert' had been mailed to my work email address (which was correct) and sent it again, also advised I check my spam/junk folder. I had already checked spam but as the second mail hadn't arrived either I checked again. Still no cert'. I've had problems in the past with work email filters blocking stuff from ever reaching you so asked he try my gmail address instead. Ping cert' arrived immediately. So I had two problems neither of which were caused by Medwyn. But the Medwyn customer service team helped resolve them both in a very efficient and friendly manner. I'll definitely be using their services again.

Nov 18,2021I am just so impressed with this company. From booking tests to receiving the results they could not have been more efficient and professional. At the time of taking our Fit to Fly test, Freddie, our supervisor, clearly and calmly talked us through the procedure. He was extremely helpful, reassuring and patient and when we experienced some issues submitting details, he promptly got back to us to resolve them. Well done Medwyn.

Nov 15,2021Provided nothing goes wrong with the Royal Mail Priority (touch wood!,) the process is quite smooth. The healthcare specialist was right on time, congenial if a tad bit stern but definitely professional. And this saves me a 2.5 hr round trip drive to my nearest testing site for fit to fly.

Nov 15,2021I booked a Fit to Fly PCR test on the Friday for travel to USA the following Monday. Staff were friendly and efficient. In and out in less than 10 mins. Result was due by 6pm on Saturday, but actually arrived about 11pm on Friday. Unfortunately, the DOB on the certificate was wrong. I emailed to request a correction and was surprised to receive a response almost immediately, saying they would get the certificate corrected. Received the updated certificate about 10.30am on Saturday morning. So despite the initial error the certificate was delivered well within the stipulated time and the people I dealt with were helpful and efficient. I was able to upload the test certificate to the VeriFly app to allow me to check-in online with BA. Would have been 5 stars if not for the initial mistake on the certificate.

Nov 13,2021I have not dealt with a company who will go out of their way to help their customers. George was amazing and everyone else that I dealt with. BA gave us hard time for not having middle name on the certificate and I email Medwyn OH &they reply straight away even before they opened at 9AM on Saturday. I just can't thank them enough for their exceptional customer service. Will I use them again? A BIG YES, without a doubt I will and highly recommend them.
