Quick response to a query raised and solution offered. I was unaware of increased premium due to my personal details (cell number)not being updated. This has now been done. However my email address has remained the same but no attempt made to contact me on that.Otherwise I would have scored a higher rating.

After starting to deduct no updates at all you only get the statements from the company that is deducting.If you have challenges its hard to get help its unlike the first time the want you to join them.The person who were there at the beginning don't even border himself about the service you get.
I have asked my status they told me I'm up to date the next thing they call me to inform me my policy is lapsed.i asked my statement im still waiting for it. The only thing I did I reversed my last payment because I needed money urgently of wich I know I'll pay double payments
They just make adjustments all the time on my account. The monthly charge is R350. I iused to stay in an apartment bigger than this one and my total monthly bill for water and electricity was R500 - R580 a month.

Management skills is so poor they don't even know what their doing. There's no structure in place everything is just a mess the systems etc. There's no unity and a lack of motivation, I believe you work well if you're being supported
