good day. I received a quote on the funeral policy but did not intend to take same out definitely. I have noted that the first payment was debited on the 25. I noted this on the 28 and directly provided an email confirming the cancelation. I have written numerous emails confirming the cancelation of the policy and requesting a refund, but I did not receive any response and/or refund to date hereof.
U can't ask me for selfie while I have certified ID copy and also if payment bounce it's very important to let me know not when I'm claiming you telling me about outstanding but u never updated me.
I had my policy with freedom life for 5 years, I got a mail from Meerkat to inform me thy are taking over the policy, after 3 months price increase,with a letter and explanation,which made me uncomfortable, so I cancelled by email as well as telephonicly Debit order are still being done for the 2nd month ,causing unpaid bank charges
