I have been asking every agent I spoke to cancel my debt review process because I have been misled and it was not even 30 days within the agreement but no one is willing to assist me; I have been sent from pillar to post. This is already also affecting my mental health. I hope to get assistance soon.

Extremely poor service. When you need them they have all sorts of red tape not to pay.
My experience with Meerkat has been bitter sweet from when i started in February, i was pissed but Ilhaam Kamaar managed to calm me down as a customer and explained to me step by step to ease the frustration. I lost my cool few time but not even once has Ilhaam ignored my feelings. In the line business you are in I think you need Ilhaam as an employer with expertise of customer service. Ilhaam is an asset to the company. I can say even though i was angry and frustrated with Meerkat, I am a delighted customer because of Ilhaam. Ilhaam, keep up the good work, with the right attitude toward your customers you are going far.

I had a funeral policy with a company and it was take over by Meerkat. They got the amounts missed up and when I called no one could explain what is going on. I then sent a note on the Website informing them to cancel the policy, that is when the Manager gave me a call and sorted everything out.
Was assisted by Kelly and received a friendly reception. Sorted out my enquiry asap.
