You don't send reminders to customers like freedom life cover did, they sent us reminders when our policy is 3weeks away to lapse yet you just send an sms stating it has lapsed with no warning. Freedom handled us way better. I just hope with how you run your business you dont lose customers 🙄🙄
I starred the policy in 2018 and was doing good all the years until 2022 when I was told my policy lapsed because of missed payment that I was not even aware of that you say happened in 2021

I had a policy with Freedom Life Insurance and recieved a message that Meerkat has taken over the policy . First it’s policy increase and secondly they told me my policy has lapse how so I don’t understand because they debit every month . I recieved an sms stating that my policy have been reinstated and in order for me to claim I must pay monthly fees for six month n wait for six months for me to claim . Really not happy with their service it’s not servicing us as it should . Extremely disappointed

I'm not really sure what is happening at this stage. I only got information and email saying they re making contact with my creditors and about a credit life policy which I tried to get more info on to understand if it's compulsory to have the policy. I still don't know if it is. I don't know when my debit order will start etc. Ntombi has been helpful in starting the process but I need clarity on where I stand. I can't answer my phone during the day so I don't know if someone has tried calling me either. Just a bit lost on the process. Please give me and update by email. Is credit protection policy compulsory and if not cancel it don't need further costs. And secondly when can I anticipate start of debit order for debt review
