Jun 28,2024I ordered 63m2 porcelain tiles 600x900 online, after ordering a sample tile to colour match. The sample tile was delivered fast. We then decided to order the matching tiles on-line. The tiles were a very good price compared to other sites. The tiles were soon delivered they took just over a week arrived. Delivery man was careful with the handling of the tiles and pallet trucked them into my garage.Tiles were packaged well to protect them and the quality of the tile was fantastic!!! My patio is nearly finished and is looking fantastic!! Thanks

Jun 27,2024I informed the courier on delivery that the packaging was damaged as well as the stone slab underneath. The corner was broken off and had obviously been knocked. All party's involved refused to offer a refund or exchange stating it was not damaged. I was informed the matter was closed and then the company ignored my emails. Customer service is very poor and would advise anyone not to use this company.

Jun 25,2024Tiles themselves are good. Delivery was a poor experience - having to chase when not delivered on agreed date. Couple of tiles broken (somewhere in transit) but told that you have to have 10% of tiles broken before any replacement made.
