Sep 02,2024Ordering was simple and I was able to choose a delivery date to suit. The delivery was split on the day and delivered over two days. The products seem to be of a good quality, however there were quite a few on one of the four pallets that were broken but you need to, be aware that unless 10% of the total delivery are damaged you are unable to make a claim!!

Aug 08,2024The company charged me an extra £60 for next day delivery by 1pm. I was assured via email that if the order was not delivered by 1pm I could claim a refund. The order was delivered by 3.45pm and I requested a refund for the £60 extra delivery charge via email. Melton Stone did not bother to respond to my written request for a refund nor did they honour their pledge to provide the refund to me. Disappointing that a supposedly reputable company would renege on their committment.
