Sep 26,2024I purchased three pieces of hearthstone. They were advertised as 2.5mm thick. But the ones they delivered were 1.6mm thick. I emailed them to request replacement, refund or discount due to the wrong thickness. They basically told me to drive up to Hull and hand pick them myself, otherwise they cannot help me and gave me some spin about it allowing +/-3mm (I checked and it doesn't say this in relation to thickness at all). Basically sold me a product that was not as advertised and declined to rectify the situation once I'd notified them. Got the impression that they don't really care for the little guy, more the big business. I would NOT recommend this company, you might order something and not get exactly as you ordered like us!

Sep 22,2024Reported issues with quality of outdoor porcelain tiles as they get chips on edges after removing spacers. There was problem with only one colour of tiles. Get response very quickly (within 1 hour) denying my story, because it’s impossible that a little bit of plastic can damage tiles, so I laid leftover tiles just to prove it, sent a video and photos and didn’t get any response after 5 days.

Sep 15,2024Hi every thing went well in the shop and delivery up to unpacking it with in the hour . We received two crates of pavers the first one had 3 broken at the bottom, the second, one broken at the bottom. We reported it the same day only to be told that we should allow a percentage for brake edges It was not our fault so we are down £50.00 EVERY THING WAS PACKED INDIVIDUALLY BUT THE BOTTOM WAS STRAIGHT ONTO THE PALLET THIS MUST HAPPEN ON MOST DELIVERS. AN EXTRA TYPE OF PACKING SHOULD BE PUT ON THE CRATE BOTTOM WHEN GOING TO THE EXPENSE OF WRAPPING ALL THE PAVERS INDIVIDUAL

Sep 08,2024Easy process on ordering, paying and delivered on time as arranged, although we couldn’t get the pallet truck over the gravel as warned on delivery instructions- it wasn’t too much of a problem though- my husband and his wheelbarrow are getting quite efficient these days 😂!

Sep 29,2024Lovely slabs but unfortunately 2 were chipped. Not a big issue, however the customer service was. I would have been happy with just a £20 refund. But they stated it wasn’t classed as damaged because it wouldn’t affect the look of the slab (which it does) and then they requested pictures of the damaged slabs in one photo- which I did. And that’s the last I heard!
