Sales person was pleasant and polite and not at all pushy, have to say I have never bought a car before without physically seeing it but I wasn’t disappointed. Car came clean, tidy and serviced, I would definitely buy from here again without any worries

We purchased a e class convertible to be delivered to our home address (which was free) - the process was so smooth, it seemed too good to be true. The inspection, mot and service which was carried out after we paid a deposit was very quick and the car was delivered to us the following Monday in brilliant condition. Any queries, mercland have answered extremely efficiently and super quickly! A* service & so easy- really impressed! Thank you

Horrible customer service from these guys, not happy one bit from my first purchase up to my second purchase....yeah the question will be why I went back the second time, well I had the first car for just one month, poor performance and decided to return it. Lost £3k in value in 1month, considering it was from them in the first instance. Accepted my loss, went to pick the other car as part exchange, after being told ready for 4 days, no MOT done and spare key not found! Surprisingly no single apology for the inconvenience, they just carried on like nothing happened. 2months down the line, I was still getting debited from both cars, called them and as usual, someone will get back to me which they never do! Paid for extended warranty dor the first one and was told at purchase of 2nd it would be transferred as it was a short interval between purchase. I have been calling them for the same issue over a month. The lackadaisical attitude to paying customers is just appalling, I have never experienced such horrible service rivalled by any company in my entire life. I wish I had read about reviews before dealing with these guys, my biggest mistake. I learnt my lesson the hard way and definitely my last with them. I got your reply, read my review well and you will understand my complaint is all about customer service and that is what I emphasised. Are you still claiming there was no MOT delay? Don't even go there, had to wait 4hours on the day I was to pick the car for MOT to be done, you can ask your staff I sat in my car, it was a rainy Saturday, a car claimed to have been ready 3days before then. I have bought from other car companies and I know how customers are treated. Did i complain about the new car? If i want to rant on small issues, I will keep going on and on but I dont have that time. Sales is all about customer experience in case you guys dont know that. Yours is very lackadaisical and that is the point. Was there even any single apology from the company? No! Even your response proves that. Just purchased a Mercedes Convertible from Mercland and must say I find it very hard to believe that anyone has left this company a negative review. As soon as we called up we was informed the car would be 10 working days and was told we could call at any time for an update, the car arrived on time and was delivered to our door by a very friendly driver. The car we purchased was a 2014 model and it did have a couple of minor issues like all cars do, but Mercland responded straight away and never quibble anything at all, there only concern was keeping us happy as a customer which they have done. We only by Mercedes cars and so glad that after many years we have found a decent honest company to deal with.

Out of pocket for £200 dealing with them. Sold a car that only drove 200 metres before major dangerous fault, that got through their MOT. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I put a deposit down on this car on 21/07/23 with an agreed deadline for delivery of 04/08/23 as it was discussed I would be using it to drive on holiday. The car was not ready in time and I had to make alternate arrangements. I had to pay for short term insurance on a relatives car costing £80. I rang multiple times during this for which it was assured to me the car would be ready in plenty of time. The company rang me the day after the original delivery date 05/08/23, by which point I was on holiday, to tell me the car was available for delivery. I told them I would be back the following Friday and we agreed that it would be delivered then, 11/08/23. I contacted the company the day before 10/08/23 to pay the remainder of the balance, being assured that the car was scheduled for delivery the following day. I took the Friday off of work to be in when the car was delivered. I contacted the company multiple times asking for a delivery time without a clear answer. Finally on my third call at around 4pm I was told that the car was listed as a collection, in contrast to what had been said to me the day before when I paid the outstanding balance. I went to collect the car on the Saturday . Upon starting the car it had no fuel so I added £30 of diesel at the station outside to get me home, assuming that's why the company had refused to deliver. After driving the car around 150 metres away from the dealership, I began to encounter electrical faults. Indicators, seatbelts, radio, speedometer all stopped working on me. At this current state the car was unfit for purpose and dangerous to be driven.

Extremely disappointed with Mercland. After several phone calls with Janki to secure the vehicle she said another buyer had paid a £199.00 deposit. Later the following week I received a phone call to say that the buyer had pulled out, I was delighted so after a two hour drive we arrived at short notice to pay for the Mercedes in full and this was where went things were not as they appeared. The vehicle had large panel dents in the doors on both sides and required paint to the deep scratches, we discussed this with Janki and asked why we were not told about this on the telephone, her explanation was unsatisfactory and very poor. Needles to say we did not purchase the vehicle. I am not going to them a disservice or comment on how I think they should operate and run their business as I am sure they will have many satisfied customers. If like me you put your trust in people then I would suggest that you do your homework and ask as many questions as you can before you travel to view a vehicle or even consider paying a deposit.

From the first phone call enquiry through to delivery of the used Mercedes, the Mercland team have been absolutely superb. There's a real "family feel" to all the members of the teams, who truly care about customer service and being helpful throughout the sale process. The standard of prep for the vehicle was also excellent and felt like a new car. Thanks and congratulations on standing out from the crowd.

Hi Jay your reply to my disappointment regarding the Merc I was interested in has not been satisfactory.You are a car dealer and you know almost any potential car buyers will take mileage discrepancy seriously as any crook can alter mileage.You are telling me that mot tester has made a mistake?? I don’t think so and you are also telling me that you can do nothing about this? Well first of all why didn’t you care to reply as I was told on the phone that you will call back?? Probably even you don’t know your staff has this sort of attitude which obviously puts off customers.At least reply and explain.I waited for few days for this but no reply and according to you if it takes months to rectify mileage I wonder who is going to buy that Merc?

promise to replace brakes,on car 3 years advisory not replaced, deposit £500 then check the car before buying seats not concluded repair, most cars come damaged, simple mot done at own garage, check car before sales team arrive, I walked away soon after checking the car condition after seeing it on web site [ [ £ 500 deposit check car no guarantee for work done after deposite paid]

I went to view a Mercedes-Benz C220d today and was appalled with the level service. I phoned the dealer before travelling 30 miles. When I got to the dealer, the car rear bumper colour didn't match the rest of the car and it smelt of damp in the boot indicating a leak. The bumper was also not alighned correctly. This indicates car was involved in an accident and the dealer has put a new bumper but done a very poor job. The owners sent out a kid who couldn't answer any questions. The kid felt uncomfortable as he knew something was wrong with the car but couldn't say. I asked to speak to the owner however he kept ignoring us. Please avoid this dealer as they seem to be repairing damaged cars and selling them full price. It was a waste of journey.

Purchased an e class.Issues after driving it for the 4th time.Phone calls ignored so had to send recorded delivery.Took a month to get most of my money back.Now pursuing through County Court

Poor showing looked at a vehicle sent all me details about my car for px as requested never had the courtesy to reply after my initial email at least they showed how bad they really are, close escape Janki you've should your dealership to be untrustworthy and your web page farcical hate to think what your after sales would be like if you don't even have the courtesy to reply to a genuine buyer Shocking way to conduct business
