What an excellent garage this is from the first phone call to the minute I drive off in my new car, amazing family run business ,have me what I wanted for p/x no questions or haggling, there car was as description in add, I was literally there 30mins and that’s only because they wanted to give the car another clean whilst we did paper work. Highly recommend 👍

May 28,2022Writing a public review must be truthful and honest and my review is based on these two principles. Just had delivered my Mercedes-Benz E Class AMG Sport CDI. I’m delighted with it. It is immaculate and well prepared for the hand over. Never used Mercland before, but as I told the delivery driver, I am hoping now to have a long business relationship with them, perhaps upgrading in 18 months time. Team Mercland were great from start to finish and I must say, from the heart, a big thank you to them.

Mar 01,2022I bought a Mercedes’ E Class convertible from Mercland in Oct 21, car was great but roof leaked, and engine management light came on, Janke was most helpful, as was Simmi, who arranged a courtesy car for me and a week later I’ve had my car back and it is perfect, I can’t thank them enough for their professional customer care, and attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble, I will definitely buy from Mercland again Thanks again 👍👍

Feb 08,2022I recently bought a 2014 Mercedes e class online from mercland. The car was given a new mot and service before delivery. I was aware the car had only 1 key. After having the car for 2 weeks a second car key was sent to me in the post. Overall I would give this company 5 stars.

Jan 18,2022Purchased an E350 Cabriolet from here back in July, the day of choosing and spring out finance for the vehicle was a nice easy relaxed affair even though the garage was busy. Collecting my car was a slightly more hurried and rushed affair, but everyone was still friendly and polite. As for the car itself I have had no issues, it has run with no problems. The only niggle I guess would be the wheels and the quick spray they had to look new, and the repair to the damaged wing which was done to Sales Department quality (value). But overall for me no issues, and I would happily purchase another vehicle from there in time

Sep 14,2021I had a slipping transmission problem with my Mercedes C250. Mercedes main dealers diagnostics said it could be being caused by a number of possible issues. All of which amounted to thousands and had to pay £140 for the precarious diagnostic. I tried a few more garages who couldn't help, after a recommendation to go to Mercland. Took the car there, discussed the problem they were unable to carry out a full diagnostics however we agreed that topping up the transmission oil could help. I am pleased to say the transmission slipping problem was immediately solved, took 15mins in total and simply had to pay for the blue efficiency oil required for top up. Happy days, thanks Mercland.

Feb 27,2023Do not buy from this company! Car delivered with puncture and needed new clutch. Unsure how this could be missed as was driven 140 miles to my address! Finally had clutch replaced locally after 2 weeks of calls, begging and threatening of legal action- which was covered under warranty apart from £200! Maybe this is as a one off but even so….
