Nov 23,2024As soon as I arrived I was met by Vishal, he was very polite and took me for a test drive in a C220. Once back I was instantly offered a cup of coffee before discussing any detail. The transaction to purchase the vehicle was very smooth from start to finish and it was delivered 3 days later by Ricky. The hand over of the vehicle was again very smooth. I have only had the car fod a couple of days with no issues. I look forward to business with Mercland again in the future. Excellent service from a car dealer. Thank you.

Nov 15,2024I had a very positive experience buying from Mercland. I bought unseen using their delivery service, so not really the ideal way to buy a car but it went smoothly. They were very knowledgable and helpful, answered all my questions and agreed to deal with a couple of quite picky requests from me. Very customer-orientated and good to deal with. The car arrived slightly earlier than expected and it’s in good order and as described. I would also say that, for what you get, they’re good value for money.
