Apr 03,2024I am very impressed with the customer service at this company. I ordered a bright yellow canopy but when it arrived, it was a golden colour. Nate responded promptly when emailed to see whether the lighter yellow was unavailable. After requesting that I forward a photo of the canopy I received, he replied that a new one of my requested colour was being sent free of charge and a video link of how to change over the canopy to the new one was included in the email. I am delighted! The tilt mechanism works perfectly. Thanks for the very positive experience getting my preferences dealt with.
