Mar 23,2024Your website is easy to shop on. When I placed my order, Robert notified me immediately that I had purchased the wrong base for my umbrella. He changed it to the correct base and promptly refunded the difference in price. My packages arrived quickly. I wish there was a simple diagram to assemble the base, but I figured it out. The SLIGHT umbrella is super high quality, as is the heavy base that matched the umbrella pole perfectly. Everything looks GREAT. Thanks!

Mar 23,2024Tried to rip me off If I didn't call on the item I initially ordered you weren't gonna ship it cause my umbrella wasn't in the system after I called to find out if it were shipped and after ya said it wasnt in the system i was readt to call Mr Bank cause ya took out 800 smacks outta Mr Bank and only to be upsold an umbrella stand fur 3x the $. NO FUCKN BUENO

It cost me more than $ 300 to return it plus the cost of the umbrella and they lied to me over and over again. There are far more reliable companies to use than this one.
