It has a great design, with a handle with a trigger that slides up and down the base with ease and it has a foot release that allows it to rotate. Good, durable, construction. Many colors and sizes to choose from. Highly recommend Midtown Umbrellas.

Oct 10,2023Fast delivery. Box was torn up pretty bad. A few scratches, but appears to be ok. The bolts that hold the base to the permanant install plate are too long and I'll have to make some changes to them.

Oct 04,2023We bought the Supreme umbrella with the black plastic base. Although Midtown was surprised by this news, the water-filled base wasn't heavy enough to keep the umbrella upright, even in a light wind. I would encourage those looking at buying the Supreme to see if it's possible to anchor the umbrella in cement. While Midtown says our experience was unusual, I wouldn't feel comfortable putting this 10X10 foot umbrella on a portable stand. We're installing a cement based stand, and it'll look a lot nicer and if the umbrella tips over, it's taking our house, patio, and swimming pool with it. ;-) Here's what really matters: The company was wonderful about our issue. I didn't think they'd take the base back, and they didn't, it was too big to ship! They refunded the money, we threw the base away, and bought the in-ground base. Meanwhile, I lost the hardware for the old base and they're sending us a new set. That's really, really nice. We love the umbrella and their service. We would buy from them again. But we can only fit one of these things on our property. ;-)

Sep 30,2023I was able to easily exchange the umbrella for a different color. My frustration centers around the amount of time between placing the order and it being shipped. I reordered on Wednesday and was told it would be shipped out that day. I didn’t get an email to track my umbrella so I called back on Thursday. I was told it was being shipped out that day. On Friday, I called back and they said it would be shipped today! Not sure if that happened yet! I would have been fine if the representative had said it would take a few days to have it shipped, but I feel like I have been lied to.

Sep 28,2023We are so pleased with our Swilt! The quality and construction are excellent. And customer service was also outstanding. Our umbrella, cover, and base all arrived quickly. We made an exchange and it went very smoothly. We did find that the website color swatches and descriptions are not very accurate though, leading to the exchange. A very helpful customer service rep took pictures and emailed them to me for better accuracy. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

Sep 28,2023Placed my order online, got an email saying what I ordered was not available. Why have something available online to people to purchase if it is not in stock? A lot of back and fourth with Nate. Honestly, not very helpful. Ignored call and emails, have had to ask 5 times now for an updated invoice since this is a business expense. Wonder if I will ever receive that? Overall, very poor "Customer Care" Placed order 9/20 and did not get "confirmation" until a week later.

Sep 27,2023We purchased a Midtown umbrella through Amazon in May 2023. The quality of the pole and Sunbrella fabric are excellent. Unfortunately, our umbrella toppled over during a windy afternoon (table and all) and the tilt mechanism broke. We reached out to Midtown about acquiring replacement parts and were thrilled when they offered to send a replacement pole. That's excellent customer service!

Oct 31,2023I spent a lot of time searching for an in pool umbrella that also tilts. I decided to order the 10ft swilt at first and have been very happy with it. Since then I’ve several other items and am pleased with everything. The best part of my purchase so far has been the customer service. I have been able to reach the company via email and always get a response, my questions answered and they live up to the guarantee of seamless returns and replacement parts. Would definitely recommend!
