Aug 25,2023I have had to call customer service so many times I've lost count, and still do not have my umbrella. Original order placed on Aug 1, I'm now told it will not be here till Aug 28th. Multiple screw ups and repeat orders to get this order actually processed by the warehouse. I can only hope it is a quality umbrella, if and when it finally gets here.

Aug 25,2023I was apprehensive to purchase an umbrella online without seeing it. From start to finish, the process was very smooth. What I think it is extremely important to highlight though is the customer service. I have never experienced such great follow up and attention with prior to and after sales support!

Aug 23,2023Ordered a push and pop umbrella and had an issue with the frame. Called and spoke with customer service, and they immediately responded and said they would send me a brand new frame for a replacement. Great to have a company that stand behind their product!

Aug 23,2023Online purchase experience was good and communications about my order were good. My satisfaction would be higher if the company offered an extension for the umbrella so it would better with the sleeves built in to my pool. If I had this to do over I would buy from a company that offers a 45 inch extension to replace the 32 inch that comes with the umbrella.

Aug 22,2023Very nice umbrella, appears to be well made. The website is very easy to navigate. delivery was quick. The only thing I was concerned with is why the umbrella after cranking open did not go up as far as my other umbrellas and I need to push the center up over the mechanism that makes it tilt by hand in order for it to tilt. Does not crank past the tilt mechanism on its own. Otherwise all else is what I expected, fabric is very nice, the lavendar color is gorgeous, exactly what i had hoped it would be.

I ordered it on Aug 14 (which you should know), and I haven't received it yet (which you should also know). It appears you need to get your act together, which now makes me concerned about the wisdom of my purchase.

Aug 21,2023The umbrella's (2) received look nothing like the pictures. We bought 2 of the "Wooden 2" and the way the umbrella is constructed is nothing like the pictures. I made my decision to purchase these based on the structural design, and the actual design is just like all the other cheaper umbrella's out there. Will be returning these and getting something more affordable since the design is the same anyway.

Aug 21,2023I was not informed on website that product being ordered was on back order. When I called after not getting an update on shipping information, I was told that my order could not be fulfilled until 7 months from when I placed my order. I also received a call to my cell from Midtown where the caller ID was “unavailable”, so I assumed their support call was spam.
