Sep 06,2023Ordered 2 umbrellas during labor day sale. The Lean and The Swilt in Ivory White. After ordering and getting confirmation, they indicated the color selected was out of stock. Even got confirmation the lean had shipped but it wasn't true... the color wont be in for another 2-3 months and we wont be able to wait that long and now miss out on the sale price.

I had a size issue on my replacement canopy, I called them, they couldn't resolve my issue from there current stock...so they immediately refunded me my full purchase price, no hassle at all.
