They had the needed part on its way immediately. Nate was very helpful and again Midtown’s Customer Service is second to none. I have recommended Midtown to several friends and family members already and will continue to do so. Good quality products and great customer support. These things can be kind of hard to find sometimes but I have found it here. Thanks again.

Aug 01,2023I want a nice umbrella on our picnic table that will not break every time the wind blows. I discovered Midtown umbrellas and ordered one because of their 10-year warranty. I've not received it yet, but customer service has been superb! I'm sure the umbrella will be perfect.

Aug 01,2023The delivery of my umbrella was delivered to the wrong state and town by FEDEX. Midtown customer service was contacted and told about the situation. They responded immediately and arranged for another umbrella to be shipped to me. They were very helpful and efficient. I will review the umbrella when it arrives.
