Jul 28,2023Sometimes, the best endorsement of a company begins with a problem. In my case, the umbrella I received had a broken finial, and while it worked perfectly without the finial, the folks at Midtown replaced the entire umbrella, and did not ask me to send the damaged umbrella back. Now that’s customer service, not to mention that the umbrella itself is beautiful!
