Jul 26,2023Let me start by saying Nate was incredibly helpful when I had questions. The color I ordered for the canopy was Terylast Off Cream and when it arrived it looked a bit more like a white canopy that had yellowed. Nate offered two other options and sent actual pictures to help me select the right one and he had a new one shipped right away. Now that's customer service! The quality of this umbrella is incredible and I'm very happy!!

Jul 23,2023Google searched wind resistant patio umbrella and midtown umbrella came up. We live in northern Colorado and the wind is merciless. Arrived quickly and the Maroon color is amazing with my cedar table. Tilt feature is smooth & effortless. Great protection from sun as well.

Jul 22,2023I purchased a square 2 umbrella base for our 10’ Swilt. It arrived with a dented post (Midtown needs to work on packaging so it doesn’t happen). We got a replacement post (this took a minute to receive and it too was dented but useable). Now that we have the stand in use - WE LOVE IT. So low profile and sturdy, with two umbrella tighteners and wheels to boot! We will see if we need to get more weight but think it’s going to be perfect. May buy a second one.
