Jun 28,2023It purchased a second Midtown umbrella with a pole color to match the original purchase. Received with incorrect pole since the correct color was out of stock. Dealing with customer service was a slow process requiring email communications. I would receive only one email responding to my messages per day and no response on the weekends. In the end I accepted another umbrella at no additional cost but this was a two week ordeal. Midtowns products are great.

Jun 25,2023The umbrella itself is nice and works the way it should, but the light was left out of the box when my order shipped. I called and they are shipping a light, but I had the hassle of taking photos and time on the phone. The foot pedal on my base also has large chips in the powder coating. That is really disappointing.
