Jul 16,2023I ordered two grand round umbrellas with white fabric. They are beautiful! I had a hard time finding truly white fabric on an umbrella and these are perfect. The black metal is gorgeous also. They function well and are very easy to assemble and use.

Jul 14,2023This is the best umbrella base that I could find. I spent some time looking for a strong umbrella base, and the other options had a lot to be desired. The reviews for the cheap plastic and resin ones consistently showed that they cracked or failed eventually. I was pleased to find Midtown Umbrellas used steel for the construction of their Round Base. It is very strong and the base itself is pretty heavy at 55 pounds. This solid base is going to keep my patio umbrella fixed in place unless I move it. It's perfect, and I've very happy with this purchase.

I ordered the wrong color for my grande square umbrella and after speaking with customer service, the issue was remedied within an hour -- new canopy sent out right away without any hassle in returning the old one. Wow! I will be ordering all future patio umbrellas and accessories from this exceptional company.

Jul 13,2023I never review businesses, but I had such a great experience with the customer service at Midtown Umbrellas. My husband and I ordered two umbrellas in May 2022 as we were redoing our backyard, and just now, in July 2023 finally opened them. I accidentally ordered two different sizes, and called just to see if there was something we could work out since I understood it was a long time since my purchase. They immediately said it was fine, I was able to return the smaller umbrella, and that it was no issue. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and stress free my experience was. I just purchased another, larger umbrella, and will definitely purchase again in the future. Thank you!

Jul 12,2023Quality product. Easy to use. Responsive customer service. It's great that some umbrellas have free returns. This allowed me to return the first one I ordered to get a larger size. Be sure to check the fine print because not all models qualify and bases don't.

There was a small problem with the base (one of the wheels would not turn), but customer service was excellent and prompt, and I am completely satisfied with the result. I would recommend Midtown Umbrellas highly.
