Nov 20,2016Started off my spouse visa application with migrate me in July 2016. Initially I was concerned as my first case worker Farzana left the firm and my application was assigned to Sis. This turned out to be a blessing as he is simply a gem. So polite, friendly and caring caseworker. He always made me feel welcome no matter how many questions I had. He prepared my application with attention to detail and much to my surprise my application was approved within five days. Highly recommended.

Nov 19,2016My partner and I gave £2k to Migrate Me to help her find a job in Canada and assist with the visa application process. After 6 months of very little activity we decided to apply for a study visa for me instead, and an open work permit for my partner. Migrate Me said they could help with this process (for an additional £680 plus VAT!). We had a conference call arranged with one of their so-called visa "experts", who turned out to be one of the most patronising and ill-informed individuals I have ever spoken to. He began by telling me that flight training was very expensive (I'm well aware of that...I've been flying for four years), then he told me that a flight training school in Canada would probably charge me more because I was an international student (incorrect), and finally he told me that the Designated Learning Institute I had chosen did not accept international students, despite me telling him several times that I had visited the institution and met several international students training there! I even quoted their DLI number from the Canadian immigration website. In the end, we decided to complete the application ourselves at a cost of a couple of hundred quid. And I am now training at the institute which apparently doesn't accept international students. Avoid this company.

Nov 19,2016My partner and I were looking for support getting working permits for Canada and discussions at first were OK. We paid up a couple of thousand pounds for the service but now we know that all we paid for was a lot of wishful thinking. Migrate Me's plan was to get us PR and then to find me a job so we could get a work permit that way. Lots of contact was made with companies and job vacancies were applied for but with no luck and very little support. As far as we're concerned all we've paid for is for someone to job hunt for me with zero success. In March 2016 my partner and I visited Canada and decided then that we had to get here asap as we knew it was the right thing to do so we started looking at other visa routes. As my partner is studying we did our own research into the study permit route and decided to talk to Migrate Me about it. Their knowledge of the permit, how to apply and specifically for the course my partner was going to study was shocking and instead of saying we'll look into that for you they were very negative and a little patronising even though we'd done our research. Over time my email account which was set up for getting job alerts stopped being looked at and communication has become non existent. There was never any communication to say that 'our services have now ceased' or anything, just nothing at all. We have now taken things into our own hands and have applied for our own visas which was very straight forward and cheap (even though they told us otherwise) and have moved to Canada successfully. I have sent multiple emails now to, initially, discuss our case and the fact we think the fees we've paid totally outweigh the work we believed has been done and then later on have sent complaint emails to various addresses with absolutely no response. We will be escalating this complaint and will be aiming to get a refund of our fees seeing as our initial requests to discuss have been ignored and they're proving themselves to be nothing more that thieves. I would advise people to apply for their own visas and not get talked into their so called 'expertise' because unless you are a perfectly easy case and do it their way you'll be paying thousands for a couple of conversations and an email account!!!!! *28th April 2017 - ADDING TO REVIEW*********************************** Since my initial review and being in contact with a Case Services Manager since November 2016 and after being promised five times that the refund would be paid today (28th April 2017) they have finally paid. This wasn't before a lot of correspondence, ombudsman reports and phone calls so it definately didn't need to take this long or be so complicate but we are relieved it is now resolved. I still wouldn't recommend this company for people in our situation.

Nov 04,2016I was initially told by Migrate Me that I had to rush to get my visa before I turned 33, later on in the process (after taking out a £5000 loan) I found out there were other ways to make up the points needed. The service was awful, my agent was vague, inpersonable & had (I later found out) lied to me about certain aspects of my application. I ended up getting transferred to the Australian branch which meant time delays & extra postage costs. I was so fed up of the process a year later that I parted ways with migrate me right before the visa approval process. In my opinion anyone would be better off doing it themselves, taking their time & saving up their own money. On contacting migrate me to ask for a partial refund I'm still yet to get any kind of response (which fails to surprise me as I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life).

Oct 14,2016For a long period of time, I wanted to visit my sister in Australia but I have been unsuccessfully when it came to receiving my VISA... I've always provided all my documents that I thought I would need to suffice the Australian Government but twice I have been rejected, so a friend told me about Migrate Me and gave them a call shortly. They were very happy to help me and sorted out all my documents for me and helped me not miss another plane ticket. The real problem dealing with government department is that they always find details that they think that are suspicious, but without any proper reason. In my case, they thought that I will remain in Australia illegally, but that wasn't my plan, I just wanted to visit my sister and her kid, which I haven't seen in the last 5 years. I really want to thank Migrate Me for all the help and for giving me the chance to visit both my family and Australia! :)

We have our Provincial Nominee and Permanent Residency approved recently. The visa application is a very long and stressful experience but the outcome is amazing. Nobody can imagine how stressful this process could be considering it takes good few months to obtain your residency visa. I can't recommend Migrate Me enough. Nov 27,2015I started my case with migrate me for an Australian permanent visa , received successful skills assessment but I had struggled with the English Test as no matter how many times I re-took the test I could not achieve the scores I needed for my visa application. By the time I managed to score the points needed my occupation was removed from the 189 list. Just as I gave up and had no hope of succeeding with my visa application my caseworker provided with her guidance into alternative routes making it possible! After all the stress I have now my 489 Visa Granted thanks to Migrate me who made it possible for me by going the extra mile of contacting third parties outside the scope and ensuring I met the criteria for receive a grant of visa under 489 route! Money worth spending with them. It's hard to believe some of the negative comments about this company it truly is. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your application right first time, as you have to pay a substantial amount for your visa application fees to the Australian government which is non-refundable if your visa is refused.
