Jun 30,2023Ich hatte mich auf Empfehlung an die Milano Klinik gewendet und im Oktober 2022 habe ich dort einen Termin bekommen für eine Bruststraffung und Lipo 360 grad. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter der Klinik auf deutsch lief gut. Die Abholung am Flughafen war auch gut. In der Klinik kam ich erst zur OP an und der Arzt kam mit Alltags Kleidung und einem Edding und fing ohne zu sprechen direkt an zu malen. Ich empfand es sehr unangenehm und teilte der Dolmetscherin mit, dass ich noch wichtige Anliegen habe die ich gerne mit dem Arzt besprechen möchte. Daraufhin kam die Anästhesistin und teilte mit, das die Klinik kein Reserveblut haben und ich mich nur für eine OP entscheiden soll…?! Ich hatte vorab ein Blutbild abgegeben und klar gemacht, dass ich eine seltene Blutgruppe habe. Darauf wurde keine Rücksicht genommen. Also entschied ich mich für die Lipo 360 grad. Nach der OP hatte ich extreme Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Personal da keiner Englisch sprechen konnte und mir ständig auf Türkisch gesprochen wurde. Am ABEND wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Transfer zum Hotel schon da ist und ich müsse sofort gehen.. muss man nicht verstehen?! Mit OP Hemd und Drainagen.. Im Allgemeinen bin ich mit der Operation so unzufrieden gewesen, sodass ich diese im März in Deutschland korrigieren musste! Diese Operation in Deutschland verlief komplett anders und ich hatte keine Schmerzen bis auf leichten Druck an den bestimmten Stellen der OP. Ich würde niemals diese Klinik empfehlen, den das wäre eine Lüge! Eine Massage nach der OP hätte mich gekostet, das Kompression Mied musste ich auch extra zahlen..

May 29,2023Je ne vous recommande absolument pas cette clinique et je vais vous expliquer pourquoi. En septembre 2021, je saute le pas et je me rends en Turquie à Istanbul pour une greffe de sourcils avec Milano klinik, j’étais avec une amie j’ai payée 700€ pour la greffe de sourcils mais je regrette tellement j’aurais préférée payer plus cher et avoir un beau résultat. Milano klinik n’est pas un hôpital mais des bureaux dans un jolie immeuble moderne, j’ai été accueilli par mon correspondant et un des rares points positifs c’est qu’il parlait français et qu’il a pris le temps de m’expliquer comment cela aller se passer. Ma greffe de sourcils a été faite par deux personnes en même temps (une infirmière et son mari qui était son assistant), chacun m’as fait un sourcil résultat j’ai deux sourcils différents au niveau de l’implantation et complètement horrible … un an et demi après je me retrouve avec des sourcils drus, durs, très très epais, ils poussent dans tout les sens et tout droit, pour vous donner une idée imaginez une barbe sur les sourcils. A un moment lors de la greffe j’ai demandé à aller aux toilettes c’était très sale, la poubelle débordait, des papiers de toilette par terre .. c’était sale et pas du tout rassurant pour une soit disant clinique. Ensuite après ma greffe je devais avoir un rendez-vous de contrôle 2 jours après hors ça ne c’est jamais passé parce que « l’infirmière n’est pas disponible », on m’as simplement conseillé via whatsapp à travers des photos. Là depuis plusieurs mois je leur fait part de mon mécontentement, ils me répondaient au début, en me disant de masser mes sourcils lol ça fait un an et demi que je les masse et ça change rien. Puis plus de réponse à mes messages, ni aucune solution proposée, hormis pour me demander d’enlever mes avis négatifs. D’ailleurs j’ai laisser un commentaire il a était effacé, je ne vous les recommande pas du tout, il y a tellement de meilleurs cliniques qu’eux un conseil allez ailleurs.

May 26,2023Ich habe mich sehr lange informiert und viele verschiedene Kliniken angeschaut, letztendlich habe ich mich für die Milano Clinic in Istanbul entschieden. Von Anfang an hat sich Yasin so gut um gekümmert. Ich hatte sooooo viele Fragen, er war immer freundlich und rund um die Uhr für mich da. Das hat natürlich auch dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich für diese klinik entschieden habe. Bei meiner Ankunft hat alles sehr gut geklappt… wir wurden abgeholt ins Hotel gebracht und ab da war auch Yasin immer für mich da und stets freundlich. Die Operation war gut die Schwestern im Krankenhaus waren alle total nett und freundlich. Leider war manchmal nur die Kommunikation nicht so einfach aber auch da konnte ich immer Yasin fragen. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden war das Hotel aber darum ging es ja auch nicht. An erster Stelle geht es ja um das Krankenhaus und die Behandlung. Natürlich läuft alles etwas anders als in Deutschland oder wo anders ab aber wer damit kein Problem hat ist bestens bei der Milano clinic aufgehoben. Danke für alles ich werde euch definitiv weiter empfehlen. Hoffentlich bleibt Yasin immer in eurem Team, er bereichert wirklich sehr das Team und ist ein gutes Aushängeschild für die Klinik :-)

May 23,2023Je recommande les yeux fermés Milano Clinik et plus particulièrement Ata leur consultant francophone très professionnel et sympathique. Il m'a accompagné tout au long de mon séjour, les prestations proposées étaient toutes de qualités que ce soit dans le choix de l'hotel, du chirurgien ou du personnel soignant à l'hôpital et même au niveau post opératoire. Je ne me suis jamais sentie abandonnée, je ne regrette vraiment pas !

May 22,2023I was very sceptical to do my procedure abroad but now thinking was not needed at all. Everything went so smoothly from the day I contacted Sude who organised the whole trip till my flight back, all the questions I had she would answer straight away. The surgeon knew exactly what he was doing and am very happy with the results. I made the right decision to choose this clinic for my surgery and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

She answered all my questions before and after surgery any time and she texted me every day. The stuff was very friendly and the doctor did a great job. I’m very happy with the results. Deeply recommend Milano Clinic.

Apr 18,2023I had my hair transplant done in Istanbul with milano klinik and I can honestly say I didn't worry for anything sude the patient coordinator told me the price of everything and sorted out all the booking and transfers and all I had to do was book my flight I was picked up from the airport and taken to a lovely hotel and sude made sure I was OK and comfortable and kept me up to fate with whats happening and what times I was going to be picked up and taken to which appointment..I am 100% happy I decided to do my hair transplant with milano klinik thank so much for all your help

Apr 10,2023Ich hatte am 14.3.23 den Aufenthalt beim Milano Klinik.Es ist eine sehr sehr empfehlenswerte Klinik meinerseits.Der Assistent Hr.İsmail hat mich regelrecht überzeugt weil ich doch große Angst hatte aber alles verlief ganz hervorragend.Die Assistenzschwester hat sich um alles gekümmert.Ich danke allen dort die mich sehr sehr gut einleiteten.Ein sehr großes Lob von meiner seits.Wenn ich nochmsl eine Klinik aufsuchen würde dann wäre es definitiv Milano Klinik.❤️

Mar 30,2023Overall experience wasn’t the best. Sude was lovely and nurse Sema was nice but she didn’t speak much English. Most of the staff don’t speak English. Communication was difficult. The clinic is very informal, no one wears uniform and the nurses wear jeans and crop tops. No one really explains what is happening after surgery and it can be confusing and scary at times. There were times were I had to strip naked in a room full of people on several occasions, it made me feel uncomfortable. There were times that other staff members would walk in and out of the room while I was naked and it feels like there is a lack of privacy or concern for the patient. One time I was having lymphatic massage at Milano clinic on a table that didn’t have a protective cover on it for hygiene and I wasn’t given a towel to cover myself so I could feel more comfortable, the room was so cold but nurse Sema couldn’t understand English and another nurse kept walking in and out of the room as if I wasn’t lying there naked on the bed. It felt very unprofessional. There were also additional extra charges that kept occurring, ie. blood tests, hospital stays, extra garments etc (other clinics include these costs in their packages so make sure you do your research first). I have cuts and blisters from the surgical foam that was applied and severe bruising. The social media person wanted to take photos while I was still in hospital after surgery but I was too sick and said no, they should ask the patient before bringing people to their room to check if they feel okay. Same thing happened again when I had my follow up control appointment. The surgeon Dr Ayberk Akcay didn’t explain any post op care instructions to me, he didn’t ask me any questions and he just looked at me and said everything is good and I can leave. I refused to do the interview because I didn’t feel that my experience was that good. It’s been 1x week since surgery and I’m still waiting for post op care instructions. I didn’t get any instructions on how to treat my surgical incisions or scars, compared to when I went to Thailand for my breast augmentation the doctors there gave me scar treatment creams and told me how to use them properly. I didn’t receive the same level of care or instructions at this clinic in Turkey. The price was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for.

Mar 29,2023I had a rhinoplasty organized by Milano Klinik. I came from France and everything was perfectly organized and smooth. I got picked up at the airport in a fancy shuttle, dropped at my hotel, picked up and dropped off for all my medical appointments etc… My coordinator Sude was so lovely, she helped me to find the good surgeon for me, organized every single detail of the journey and she is so helpful. She texted me every day of my recovery to check how I was going etc… she answered all my question at any time. I highly recommend Milano klinik, the service is amazing and their prices are really reasonable compare to what you get. I’m now heading home with my new nose and 0 stress.

O kadar Doktorlar ve cliniclerle konuşttum ama hiç birisi milano clinic kadar güven verici gelmedi internette dolaşırken tesadüfen denk gelmişti biraz inceledim başta tereddüt etmeme rağmen hemen iletişime geçtim benimle ilk iletişim halinde olup ilgilenen ismail bey bana sabrıyla ilgisiyle rahatlatıcı konuşmasıyla beni çok etkilemiş ve güven vermişti. bana tahsis edilen havanalı, muanne,amaliyat öncesi sonrası servis aracından tutun hoteldeki konforun hemsire aysun hanımın ilgisi alakası doktor beyinde aynı şekilde detaylı konuşması güler yüzü samimi içten davranması böyle combine amaliyatın ardından cok fazla agrısız ve cok cabuk hızlı sonuç almamda yardımcı olması beni çok ama çok memnun etti.Burdan Doktor bey hemşire ve tüm milano clinic çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum işini gerçekten severek ve hakkını vererek yapıyolar.
