The service I’ve had from Milano has been beyond excellent from the very 1st moment I made contact up to now I’ve received the upmost professional service. I’ve not been bombarded with any harsh or forceful selling but have been made feel very comfortable by every staff member from Milano. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having any kind of surgery from Milano.
Ero andato alla Milano klinick senza grandi aspettative di risultato perché alcune altri medici avevano escluso la possibilità per me di effettuare il trapianto di capelli. Ma poi nel corso della prima visita mi è stato detto che si poteva fare un trapianto normale e dopo l intervento che il risultato sarebbe stato buono. E così è stato effettivamentente ed oggi dopo 6 mesi circa sono pienamente soddisfatto del risultato estetico. I miei capelli sono folti e abbondanti e il mio aspetto estetico è cambiato moltissimo e tutti lo notano facendomi i complimenti. È da considerare anche che sono un bel po' avanti con gli anni e quindi non un soggetto ideale. Devo ringraziare anche in maniera particolare il mio accompagnatore e traduttore Kadir che mi ha aiutato moltissimo preoccupandosi di ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno e partecipando personalmente alle lunghe ore del mio intervento. Grazie dunque a Kadir ed alla Milano klinic che mi hanno pienamente soddisfatto!
Hi, I'd like to start by saying I'm not normally one for leaving reviews but in this case I feel I need to help out. I'm very very easy going and nothing normally fazes me. To start with SU was absolutely lovely and helpful before we booked we asked if it was possible to have 7 nights at a hotel closer to the grand bazaar which she agreed to with breakfast included. We arrived at Turkey and everything was great our transfer car was waiting which was very snazzy 👍 we arrived at our hotel which was lovely, the room was small but that wasn't a problem the problem was we went down for breakfast and was told breakfast was not included which was not a good start because SU said she couldn't sort it even though we had confirmation for our hotel which included it but the hotel said she never mentioned it to them so We had to pay 🤷♀️ The morning of surgery the transfer car was 45 mins late which as you can imagine we was both nervous, anxious and very weak from being told not to eat from midnight anyway we arrived at the gorgeous hospital and was taken to out rooms, the medical staff was really kind but unfortunately didn't speak English which for us wasn't a problem as thankfully my husband is a Turkish Cypriot 👍☺️ And speaks the language however If you don't speak Turkish your pretty much screwed! We asked when we was meeting our surgeon who was written in our confirmation letter and we was told we had a different surgeon to the one originally planned but was only told this when we asked when we was going to meet him!!!! we did all of our research on this surgeon so was absolutely taken back to find someone else was doing our operations! was delayed by 2 hours 30 mins but absolutely no updates as to why 😱 We hadn't eaten or drank water for over 16 hours anyway 2.5 hours later than scheduled I went down to for my general Anastasia i was very nervous as my husband for the first time wasn't there to speak on my behalf. I remember coming over very funny and realised I had been given the drug in my cannula to send me asleep but with no warning 😢 when I woke I was in a bit of pain but the medical staff at academic hospital was fantastic. The surgeon we had was absolutely brilliant he spoke fantastic English and was very kind his name was DR Baris 😊 when we went back to the hotel we realised we didn't have the necessary bandages etc We needed which Su said was all included! It was a Sunday so we had to search for a pharmacy that was open with no help and also paid coz Su said there was nothing she could do (she had already been paid at this point) so far a delayed operation, late transfers, no English speaking chaperone from Milano clinic, a change in surgeon, no breakfast included, no medical bits given like dressings! 5 days later we had splints taken out at the lovely hospital our transfer was 30 mins late but no phone all to tell us all we was told was to wait outside! My husband was told he needs a device for his nostril which would cost us 300tl we was originally told all medical expenses would come out of our original payment but yet again we was told it was a extra. The man that delivered asked for over 1472TL which was sooo much more than the 300TL originally said by our lovely surgeon. Anyway we cancelled the transfers to the airport and paid 275 TL instead just because we knew he would be late so this was another extra. Please anyone planning to come with Milan klinik DO NOT you will be so much better off sorting ur own hotel and transfers and going direct to the hospital, Milano Klinik was our biggest mistake please don't make the same mistake as us you will regret it.sorry I know this was a long message and I went on plus it was very hard to write amongst my two little children ☺️ But please listen as I was fooled by the good feedback xxxx
Habe mir bei der Milano Clinic ein Angebot für eine Haartransplantation eingeholt. Neben dem super Preis, der mir angeboten wurde, hat mich auch der Service via What´s App echt überzeugt. Im Preis inbegriffen waren Abholung und Hinbringen zum/vom Flughafen, Hotel für 4 Tage inklusive Frühstück, bis zu 5000 Grafts der FUE Methode, weiterer VIP Shuttle-Service zur Behandlung und Nachkontrolle, Übersetzungsservice und das alles noch mit einer Begleitperson inklusive. Am Flughafen dann tatsächlich mit einem VW Bus abgeholt worden, der von innen schon, wie ein VIP Fahrzeug wirkte. Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach schon TOP!!! Das Hotel lag mitten im Zentrum der "Schönheits-OP-Kliniken von Istanbul", wodurch die Fahrt zur Klinik nicht lange dauerte. Sauberes und kleines Zimmer für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung, Frühstück war gut, allerdings nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich, für den Preis aber absolut verkraftbar. Der Service am nächsten Tag zur Klinik wurde dann wieder mit dem VIP Bus durchgeführt. Bei der Ankunft wurde ich von der Dolmetscherin in Empfang genommen und nach oben in die Klinik begleitet. Es handelte sich hierbei um eine Partnerklinik, die sich nur auf Haartransplantationen spezialisiert hatte. Alles sehr sauber und hoch professionell. Das Ärzteteam begutachtete nach der Rasur die möglichen Entnahmestellen und skizzierten auf dem Kopf den Bereich, wo verpflanzt werden sollte. Danach folgte die Besprechung mit mir als Patient, wo ich alles genau erklärt bekam und natürlich die Information, wie viele Grafts und welcher Bereich abgedeckt werden kann. Die Dolmetscherin war 2-3 Stunden anwesend, bis alle Fragen geklärt waren und für den Fall der Fälle, dass es zu Beginn zu Komplikationen kommen würde. Bei dem Service aber unvorstellbar. Während man mir in Deutschland sagte, dass die kahlen Stellen nicht komplett abgedeckt werden können, machte das Team in Istanbul alles möglich. Statt der 2000 Grafts (in Deutschland) hat das Team in Istanbul 3500 Grafts verpflanzt. Nichts sieht unnatürlich aus, die OP verlief ohne Probleme, ständig wurde man gefragt, ob alles gut sei, zudem bekam man bei diesem längeren Eingriff mittags eine warme Speise und natürlich regelmäßig was zu trinken. Eine OP, die sich auf jeden Fall bei diesem Service gelohnt hat! Im Anschluss gab es noch ein "Care-Paket" für zu Hause, PH neutrales Shampoo und ein Spray zum Auftragen vor dem Duschen/Waschen. Wie man das anwendet, habe ich am nächsten Tag gezeigt und erklärt bekommen. Der Transport zur und von der Klinik zurück, erfolgte wieder im VIP Service. Während des ganzen Aufenthalts und auch noch jetzt (zwei Wochen nach der OP) war Berk, von der Milano Clinic, immer erreichbar. Man kann ihn jederzeit anschreiben, wenn man noch eine Frage hat und er antwortet wirklich sehr schnell. Dieser Service hat mich echt überzeugt und wenn ich nochmal was machen lassen würde, dann kann ich die Milano Clinic wirklich nur empfehlen. Mail-Service: 5 von 5 Sternen OP: 5 von 5 Sternen Hotel: 4 von 5 Sternen (wegen des Frühstücks, soll aber keinesfalls die Bewertung dieser Klinik beeinflussen) Shuttle-Service: 5 von 5 Sternen Alles in allem ein super Service, ohne Probleme und immer aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung und die OP. Bislang hat alles so funktioniert, wie es auch sollte. Bin wirklich froh diesen Service genossen zu haben! Danke an ALLE!!!
Well, let’s get started about the truth of Milano klinik. Me and my friend travelled all the Way from Denmark to Istanbul to get surgery. I was supposed to get Liposuction and my friend rhinoplasty. We Got operated on 19th february. We already felt there was something Strange, when on the surgery day we were driven directly to Academic hospital in Istanbul, which is absolutely not normal !!! There was no consultation at the Milano klinik and we were just Rushed into surgery. The doctor was not listening to the wishes we had for the results, and just Said “yes yes i know what you want” and thats it. My friend that got rhinoplasty started to cry when she Saw her face because it was just so clear that he didn’t make anything after what was told and promised. The excuse of the doctor was that she did not have any bone in her nose, and he didn’t have her permission to take a bone from her Ear so he just did it his way. Imagine how stupid this sounds!!!!???? Do you find out that there is no bone in the nose to work with, while you are going the surgery???? W T F !! Not enough with that, he was shouting at my friend while she was crying, such a low person he was with no empathy!! We were so in shock!!! Back to me, i wanted liposuction from my belly waist and back, but my upper back is still missing, but to be honest, there was not anything i could complain for at the hospital, but it came later… After we Got discharged from the hospital and back to the hotel. First of all they discharge us Well knowing about all pharmacies are closed this day so we couldn’t get our medicine. The first day at the hotel was so bad with pain and without any medication. After we get the medicine, we don’t have any instructions about how to use it, so we tried to Call the “24/7 support of Milano Klinik”. Our messages are seen but never answered. Until 3 days with pain and no instructions for the medicine, i Call my boyfriend in Denmark and he found the doctor on Instagram. After him Calling the doctor, i believe the doctor Got scared and suddenly the support starts to answer our questions. We Got checked in another clinic in Istanbul as we Got very afraid of what they did to our bodies. And we just Got told that “this is looks very bad” for the both of us. I Got confirmed that i have infection and my whole stomach Got Black Marks, and my friends nose was still bleeding which is not normal after 5 days. We had to go for the check up with Milano Klinik and they told us that this time it Will be in the Klinik, but when the driver comes to Pick us up the plan was changed again and we had to go to the hospital. Here the doctor and nurse were rushing so much and neither did i or my friend get any conversation with the doctor about anything. He didn’t want to talk at all or give us any after Care advices. I had drains that had to get removed and she just pulled them out so roughly and didn’t Care. She did not desinfect her Hands and no gloves, disgusting! We asked for our rapports and a reciept for our surgery, and again the doctor and nurse Got frustrated, and made an excuse, saying”yes we Will get it for you anf come back” and i asked why are we here, why don’t we go to Milano Klinik, does it even exist?? And yeah, they just ran away and we never Saw them again. We tried to get our rapports from the reception in the hospital and told them everything about Milano Klinik, and after 3 hours of wait IN PAIN !! We Got our papers and could fly back to home. We are now Blocked from Milano Klinik’s instagram because they don’t want the truth to come out. Disgusting! I have no words for this place!!!!!! Look at every fake review they have on here, the persons doesn’t exist because all of them have just made 1 review🤦🏽♀️ Same with Their posts on instagram and their followers, even the address of the klinik is a scam!!!!! STAY AWAY PLEASE
Because of the excellent communication I decided to go with Milano Klinik. All my questions and concerns were answered very quick via WhatsApp by Zeynep. Consultation, transfer, Hotel and surgery date was organized by Zeynep in a very professional way. The welcoming was very warm in the Milano Klinik. I met Dr. Murat Gürel, who is so professional, kind, humble, well as highly skilled and talented. I had a small breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and Lipo. From the first time we met I knew I had found my surgeon. Dr. Gürel is very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the procedure, risk and aftercare requirements on the consultation day. However do not expect a "clinic/hospital", the Milano Klinik is more an office. The surgery itself is in a public hospital in Istanbul. I would recommend a translation app on your phone as the language can be a problem at times. Dr. Murat Gürel put me at ease and was very careful before surgery. After surgery he checked up on me in hospital. I had 2 overnight stays in the hospital. The nurses were nice, but I felt very lonely. After hospital I went to the Hotel and the hard time started. I was left alone, nobody asked how you doing neither checked on you. The 24/7 nurse assistant didn't really work for me. Whatsapp messages left unanswered at least 2h which is not professional especially when you in fear/ pain. Thankfully I met someone in the Hotel who went through the same. I would highly recommend to travel in company as you need a helping hand in the Hotel. 5 days post op I met Dr. Murat Gürel again. He gave me the best possible care, all possible information and advice. I can honestly say he has such a great bed side manner, a real gentleman! Top class surgeon who practices with care and compassion. Taken all together I was very happy with the surgery and Dr. Murat, but disappointed with the nurse support. Only if you travel in company I'd recommend the Milano Klinik. Thank you, Silvana
liposuction Surgery went well exceeded my expectations. I look and feel great.. Single best thing is...Staff were wonderful. I healed well. .. I am super happy with the results. I cannot wait to get my breast augmentation with him maybe next year.
