Mar 01,2021Excellent service and the flowers were so fresh and just gorgeous. I live in Donegal and so was apprehensive of sending flowers in Belfast. Could not be easier!!! Mimosa Flowers kept in contact, by sending emails about the completion of the order and delivery of the flowers. They even sent a short video clip of the bouquet and card before delivering them so that I could see them..... Excellent customer service. Can not recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again. Thank you Mimosa Flowers xx

Feb 24,2021Top class service - They had flowers arranged for me and the gift card, ready for delivery the same day (Within 2 hours it was ready to go!) Sent me a video of the flowers prior to delivery, which is a great addition, that competitors lack. Will be using again!

Feb 22,2021I recently used this florist for the first time. I will absolutely be using them again and would highly recommend. They are extremely helpful and professional and the floral arrangements are exquisite. I was sent an email with a video clip showing me the order before it was delivered, little touches like this really do make all the difference.

Feb 15,2021Worst service ever....flowers ordered 8th February for delivery on valentine's day 14th February. Numerous calls ,emailed only to be lied to about flowers being out for delivery then to be told an hour later that in fact they were just about to go out on their delivery and this was at 9pm ! Cancelled ordered there and then and have to say going by the conversation I dont believe the flowers had even been made up at that point.Lets now wait and see if the payment is refunded.Complete shambles of a company. I am well aware it was valentine's day hence order being place in good time but who wants flowers delivered after 9pm when the day is almost over.

Feb 15,2021Absolute rubbish Service Flowers ordered over a week ago for my wife’s birthday on Saturday 13 February 2021, never arrived. Contacted shop and informed in transit. Contacted shop again Sunday 14 February 2021, again informed in transit. Never arrived. Contacted shop again this morning requesting full refund.

Feb 15,2021Flowers simply didn’t arrive for Valentine’s Day. Not even the day after. Very disappointed. Receiving full refund. *UPDATE Flowers arrived later the following week and my wife thought they were lovely. Appreciate the reply and apology (hence increased score from 1 to 3 stars). Seemed to be a communication issue on this occasion. (However still awaiting my full refund as discussed when I called).

Feb 15,20212 minutes ago Useless. My wife was left in tears as my gift was not delivered. Very unreliable. I ordered the item midweek, to be delivered on the Saturday as valentines day was on Sunday. They didn't arrive on the Saturday. I contacted them on Sunday morning as I live in a different time zone than my wife. They told me the gift would definitely be out for delivery that day. Nothing arrived. I messaged them again, they seen the message but did not reply. Now they are ignoring me as I have asked for a refund. I'm absolutely fuming, my wife is in tears. There is nothing I can do. Avoid this company find somewhere different.

Feb 09,2021Ordered balloon bouquet for my mother’s birthday. They were able to change the balloons for me as it was her 70th and even sent me a video showing the balloons before they were delivered. Very pleased
