Jan 23,2021Fantastic service, same day delivery offered, with a personalised video of arrangement and message so I could see what would be delivered,which was very full, and beautifully arranged. Delivery updates available with email and texts when it had arrived. Can't fault at all. Second order with company and it was the first place I would go to.

Jan 22,2021A measure of good customer service is not only when things go right, but when things go wrong. Mimosa Flowers responded very quickly when I realised that my order had not been received by them. They retrieved the situation, and went all out to deliver the order working into the evening. The flowers were terrific, and we will order from Mimosa Flowers again.

Ordered again for my wife's birthday. (Brownie points all round). Mimosa also send you a short video of the sent flowers---Magic

Not only that but they also sent me a video of the bouquet they put together which was just beautiful and so nice to see the bouquet before it got delivered to my friend along with a handwritten card. Dec 25,2020I was sent a lovely photograph by email to myself in Australia of the flowers I had ordered for my mother . Unfortunately they did not arrive and no explanation was given . Very disappointed as they were extra special this year as I could not fly home due to a travel ban with covid.

Great customer service as was kept informed of process from ordering to delivery of product. Loved that I received a video of flower bouquet before they left shop as they were a gift. Really top class service, I have made further purchases and would highly recommend.
