Dec 16,2020Mimosa flowers made it so easy to choose the right flowers at a price to suit my pocket and still look the part. They even sent me a video of how they looked before they were delivered! And I could read and check the delivery details and message were all correct! A user-friendly site with superb follow-up customer service. I’ll be using them again!

Dec 11,2020Excellent experience from start to finish. Beautiful flowers and the added touch of an emailed video showing the actual flowers that I ordered as they were being packaged for delivery. I've used Ferguson Flowers as my "go to" florist for over 30 years now and have always been impressed by their service. It's refreshing to see that the change to Mimosa hasn't impacted their commitment to their clients. Will definitely use again.

Dec 09,2020Absolutely first class experience! I had to send urgent flowers to cheer up my 94yo granny after a fall. With Covid I couldn't visit so ordered flowers at 10am, for them to arrive just after 4pm! I got an email with a video of the flowers which was so wonderful as I won't get to see them in person - SO much better than a picture. I don't think I have ever had service like this before. Beautiful flowers, great quality and fast turnaround to delivery. Will definitely be using again!!

Ordered my flowers in the morning and by the afternoon, received a personalized video sent of the newly arranged and picked flowers to be delivered the same day. Also these were bought as a birthday gift and a plain balloon, which mimosa flowers picked up on and got me a birthday balloon to match the order. Such a simple little observation that meant so much. Couldn't recommend enough!

Dec 02,2020Ordered next day delivery flowers for my best friend's 50th birthday. They phoned to say they didn't have the heart balloons to go with the flowers (which were stunning!!), and would I accept alternative. Not only did they take my wishes into consideration for the replacements, they even sent a video of what it would look like. Fantastic customer service and I will definitely be back for more flowers in the future!

Nov 28,2020Amazing customer service!! They have it written online, if you place an order before 12 noon, the flowers will be delivered that same day! Usually when florist say that, you expecting the flowers to be delivered at the end of the day BUT they sent me an video of them preparing the flowers plus the message I requested within 15mins PLUS they delivered the flowers within 1-2 hours max!!! Now that is what I call service!! I will use them again and again! A very satisfied customer. Thank you guys!! You rock!

Nov 25,2020Fantastic service! I ordered next day delivery for a birthday gift. They sent a pre-delivery video so that I could see the flowers before delivery, and a confirmation of delivery so that I was sure they’d been received. The bouquet is beautiful. I would definitely use them again!

Amazing customer service would highly recommend and will definitely use Mimosa again. Also free delivery!

Dec 17,2020Living in Australia, it is hard to find the right gift when you can't be there. I decided to send some flowers to brighten up my parents day, as I can't travel home for Christmas. Ordering was very easy, Carl sent me a message with a video of the flowers / message before delivery. I was so pleased, and felt involved in the process. Absolutely 5* service, thank you :)
