Excellent Customer Service given by the Mitrefinch Support Team, whenever I have a query on the TMS. In particular I needed to know how to create a new roster similar to the one we already had and James was at the end of a phone to assist.
When calling through to support the support officer was extremely helpful and knowledge. He was able to provide me with the answers to all my questions there on the phone without any hesitation.

User friendly software with human support
Mitrefinch Team installed complete TMS clocking system in factory. Even though there were a few small teething issues, the installation, training and support going live was great and every issue / question was always resolved in a timely manner.
Mitrefinch has been able to assist in writing and debugging a very complex work rule to allocate hours according to our pay criteria and solve all our work rule problems within the capability of the software.

Contacted the following day to chase, passed to a experienced member of support who after checking our systems was able to help and resolve our issue stayed on the line to ensure the process was working. Overall, very impressed with the service.
