We have a minor issue with 2 terminals time drifting out of sync. Reported by ticket in the morning and call later that afternoon. The operator was quick and efficient in resolving the issue.
Support team worked with me patiently to resolve my issue. Better phoning in and talking to them as wasn't getting very far with emails going back & forth. However, lots of methods were then attempted to resolve my issue and the support person, Paul, was very patient.

Mitrefinch's Time Management System (TMS) or clocking-in system in oldspeak, does exactly what we need it to do and moreover comes supported by a proficient and courteous helpline (which I used today - issue instantly solved) as well as on-line help.
We chose Mitrefinch on the promise of a speedy implementation having being let down by another provider who shall not be named. I'm happy to report that we went live on time and to budget - paying our staff accurately using the Payroll module without a hitch. Having moved into support we find the team both knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommended and we are pleased we made the right choice.
Whenever I have a problem using the payroll system or have a new payment to set up, the Mitrefinch support team are very efficient in sending a reply and easy to follow instructions, with screen shots, on how to do it. The online process to create a 'ticket' for a query seems to work much better than waiting for an advisor to call you back. Often, with payroll, a response is needed pretty urgently, especially if a payday deadline is looming. Mitrefinch seem to understand this and respond quickly.
David Hunter the support analyst was able to step me through every part of my problem and we were able to correct the issue in the configuration file. in short the technicians i found to be very helpful and knowledgeable.Thanks for a good outcome.
No stars. Disgusting company. Do not go near. Been with them for 30 years then 25 percent increase. No response to complaints after 14 days!
Mitre Finch over promise and under deliver it took over a year for our HR system to function. Poor communication , ever changing account manager and hidden charges. We have had a very poor experience.
