We had a successful upgrade of our TMS System. John was very good and any problems were soon ironed out with follow up support.
Issue with a flexi system which turned out to be a sql issue. Was able to resolve over the phone despite me knowing very little about sql.

The support team at Mitrefinch are very knowledgeable about the system they provide. However when needing help, having to go back and forth was very time consuming. In the end it took us well over a week to solve the problem that we have. The problem we had was that we needed to extend the number of passes each terminal could accept. This could have been prevented through telling us when we got more licenses that we would need to extend the allowance on terminals.

Mitrefinch support is top class and respond swiftly to all calls for help. The level of support is suitable for all levels of IT knowledge, and I have found James Garner especially helpful on many occasions.
We looked at several companies who were providing a Time & Attendance system and felt that Mitrefinch could best cope with our complicated requirements. We have not been disappointed. One of the best things has been that any information contained in TMS and HR Manager can be extracted in report format which has saved us many hours of toiling. Initially the Helpdesk was very helpful when we were new Users as our requirements were more basic and we would get immediate answers. Obviously the more technical requests need longer to sort out which can involve waiting a day or so. As time progressed and we tailored the system more to our specific needs, our demands became greater and the assistance we have received from Libby Dixon has been outstanding in this respect. Libby has helped us achieve whatever we have needed and has always met our requests in a professional and extremely friendly manner. We would recommend both TMS and HR Manager which we have used for employment contract details, pay details, job details, training records, appraisals and disciplinaries etc as we would not want to be without this system as all the information is logged in one place.
I rang Mitrefinch support for help with setting up a group of people to view who are currently assigned to different departments and locations. Graham Taylor talked through setting up new panel to assign these employees to so I can run various reports just for these employees. He was extremely helpful.
Excellent after sales support and assistance especially in report writing issues. I have, over the last week, submitted several requests for support on writing new reports for my managers and all have been answered within the hour each time.
Speedy response given to a request for help with a reporting issue. Would certainly recommend.
Graham understood the problem, solved it 100% satisfactorily and explained clearly what he was dong without talking down to a non-techie caller. Just what was needed - gave me confidence to use the support line again.
We have been using Mitrefinch TMS for a number of years now. Before that we had a terrible Time & Attendance system, with unusable reports and it couldn't cope with our rosters. Mitrefinch does what we want, reports are easy to write, and new shifts and rosters are easy to create. I mostly manage the system myself, but when extra help is needed, or installations and upgrades, then the support team are very helpful and patient. I would particularly recommend Dave Hopwood and Graham Taylor for their patience.
Whenever I call with a query/problem I find the helpline guys extremely helpful, courteous, patient and always willing to help you solve things. If they can't, they give me a call number and talk me through how to send an mfinfo file and then call me back with a solution. Have now managed the system for a number of years and would recommend to other companies/organisations and have done!
