Kept to within delivery time frame on the day. The actual beds are amazing, made of great quality and to a very high standard not your cheap flimsy wood, they're good and strong. I have 3 very happy girls. Would highly recommend

Jun 21,2021The product itself is great - solid and sturdy. I built the bed up myself and was impressed by the design and quality of materials used. I would say that the instructions could be a bit more detailed which would be a big help. I hit a stumbling block and phoned the contact number outside of business hours. In fairness the company still took my call and talked me through that part of the build. In truth I wouldn’t recommend self build for novice DIY’ers. Company was flexible with my collection arrangements which was appreciated too.
