Jun 03,2021Bed good quality, paid for assembly but as I didn't see in the terms about 25m from the van on delivery they were unable to do. The instructions arnt the best for understanding but that could be due to the delivery men thinking they were putting together. Looks nice and bed comfortable and ordered an extra mattress which is also good quality

May 20,2021The boys are over the moon with their new beds from MK furnishings they have been sleeping a lot better and they love all the storage and the little steps up to the top bunk ..I would highly recommend thank u ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

May 20,2021Excellent quality bed here! We got the L shaped bunk and it’s super sturdy. I was not expecting such great materials. Only suggestion is to pay extra for them to assemble it! We got it done but took a while.

Apr 29,2021We order the bunk bed in January, it was delivered in April, due to all the Covid restrictions. The bed is awesome, the kids love it and it looks really sturdy which is necessary for kids who likes to go up and down. The assembly instructions are clear and it may take a few hours to do it but the end result is great.

Apr 28,2021MK furnishing I would highly recommend. I ordered a triple bed and wasn’t disappointed. The quality is outstanding and the guys who done the install were very professional, quick and knew exactly what to do. I thought the wee goodie bag they left for the kids was a really nice touch.

Apr 21,2021Super service!! We ordered triple bunks and couldn't avail of getting them built. My husband built the beds, instructions were clear and concise and very easily assembled. The quality of the beds are amazing and we will be ordering for our boys rooms very soon.

But the team where very patient with me as I was bugging and bugging them for a delivery date! .. everyone was very helpful kind and understanding of what we wanted our beds to be like thank you so much for the delivery men that arrived they where fab workers! Highly recommended

Apr 13,2021Mk Furnishings went beyond expectations. The beds are strong & sturdy, amazing quality. The men worked very hard. We are very greatful for the little extras given, Easter eggs & crayons. Very thoughtful. It was ashame we had to wait four months due to Pandemuc rules. Now looking back, it was worth the wait. Keep up the good work, highly recommended.

Apr 13,2021Great product with the kids double bunk. It made with very thick and heavy MDF. Very strong bed. Kids love it! Amazingly responsive customer care from Kyle who helped me online when I got stuck building it myself. Did have a little scratch on one panel but I asked and was told what what kind of touch up paint to use. Otherwise 5* Bed and great customer service.

Apr 10,2021The bunk bed product itself was great and well put together by the team, kids Easter bag was a nice touch as well. There were some issues with delivery dates changing & raw materials supplier letting MK down but that doesn't take away from the bed itself! Kids are well chuffed!

Jun 04,2021Ordering process pretty straight forward, selecting my choices and any additions I required (none) I kept it as basic but paid extra for assembly upon delivery... Final spent money with MK Furnishings was just under £1100 which was for a double bed for my teenage son, with single bed above, with draws as stairs for my younger 6 year old. It ticked the boxes for them sharing a room so their sister could have her own, definitely over my originally anticipated spends but stretched beyond that as it allowed both age gapped boys to have their requirements. I paid a small deposit which worked out 10% of order value and I got saving for the balance as it needed paying upon delivery, cash or bank transfer. 10-12 weeks is detailed as approximate waiting times however at week 8 I received a call to arrange delivery, being week 9. The delivery arrived without any problems and was on time, friendly drivers and ready to assemble, of which I paid extra for. This by the way was worth every penny and I'd recommend seen as it wasn't terribly priced and was reasonable considering the number and sheer size of most of the packages containing all the bits and pieces. Plus no lugging upstairs, building with limited space and restrictions. The assembly staff done it all. It took most of the morning to complete build, and I'm generally happy with my purchase, although I would say it could be better priced for the end result received. Unsightly metal corner brackets on show, no runners for drawers etc, although the wooden coated material itself has a nice finish. However the boys were happy and it was done... My disappointment with MKs came after the assemblers left, when I noticed the huge pile of packaging boxes, plastics, and polystyrene all thrown together and left for the wind to blow around my garden. The effort it took to merely separate the materials so i could dispose of it all with my councils refuge collection was pretty much the majority of the next day (my council wouldn't even look at it if the cardboard was including polystyrene and other bits, in fact it Warrants a on the spot fine with their environmental officers. I of course wanted to avoid this so wasted considerable time sorting it all out as I was lumbered with no option, when it would of been moments of MKs time to have taken the disused packaging with them in the big Luton van they arrived in. To say I was cursing would be an understatement! ADDITION SINCE MK RESPONSE BELOW. No Confirmation text was ever received and if I'd have been made aware I certainly would of contested, the sheer volume left was unreal, and I'm surprised at MKs expectations of their customers... What if I had of been unwell, unable. It was an absolute joke to dispose of and considering the money spent I'm sure it would not hurt you to of disposed through your own waste licence.
