My mirror base arrived broken. Next day delivery turned into over a week. The returns manager Mr Geffrey asked if I was happy with this and when I said no because it meant waiting in yet again, he became very obnoxious, including exclamation marks in his reply. If you don't want the answer don't ask the question Mr Geffrey. Will never do business or recommend this firm or their other company Illuminated Mirrors, of which he rudely informed me, that he is also their returns manager, again.

Ordered and received just as stated on the webs site. Excellent service all round. Too early to comment on the mirror's performance but fine so far.

Top company. Even though I bought the mirror 3 years ago and I couldn't find the recipt, they still went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The led lights had stopped working and they said the power supply is probably the problem. They sent a new one out instantly, free of charge. I fitted the new part and it was working again. Will always recommend this company for their great after sales and professional team. Will definitely use this company for any future purchases. Thank you again guys. Keep up the good work.

It was difficult to find a mirror in the right size but Modern Mirror Designs were very helpful in answering my questions before I purchased the mirror. It has now been fitted in our new bathroom and looks stunning and I couldn’t be happier. Five 🌟 all the way from pre-order questions through to delivery. Keep up your excellent customer service.

I have not received my item and received any emails because I enquired saying that item should be delivered (maybe) at the end of the month. this should be made clear at the time we are paying - saying item is not available - would you like to proceed?
