Jun 21,2019Really brilliant mirror with a daylight setting and a brighter light, good size and nice pouch to keep it in, only problem is, my daughter has pinched it so I’ll have to get another one, good reputable company and Safe delivery too, item is of extremely good Design and quality, and comes with easy small usb charging device, simple, very handy for travel, buy! You will not be disappointed.

Jun 05,2019Excellent customer service, I ordered 2 mirrors for my bathrooms, one turned out to be faulty and other I didn’t like. I contacted customer service and explained to them that I would like to return both. Without any hesitation they sent a courier to collect the mirrors and once received the to make the refund. The guys were very helpful.

May 28,2019To be honest,after reading some of the reviews I had my doubts,we all want a trouble free purchase. Putting those reviews aside I found online the mirror I would like,needing more info I decided to telephone my order.Mitch was very helpful but told me due to its size there would be an additional £10 charge for palletizing. Surprised, as I thought delivery was free,I paid the additional cost and assumed I missed it in the T&Cs. Delivery was quick but no pallet, I rang Mitch and he apologized and refunded my £10.I’ve now hung and wired the mirror and it looks great,easy to hang and electrically as easy as wiring a plug. I should add the quality and finish is excellent and inspite of the pallet very well packed. Make sure you don’t damage the packaging and check the item carefully at each stage of opening,I took digital photos at each stage, just incase I had to repack and return,because of those reviews.But to be honest I’m a very happy customer and would definitely use again.Thanks Mitch.

May 26,2019Had to get in touch with company as heard nothing to discover hadn’t been shipped or was lost in transport. Emailed them and they sorted the problem straight away. Mirror arrived soon after. Was beautiful and daughter was very happy.
