Oct 22,2019Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. The lighting element though was only a stuck on LED strip which could be seen visibly from the side of the mirror. After two showers the glue gave up and it is now hanging below the mirror. I would have expected a better quality finish to the product at this price. Getting it fast and secure is one thing but it has a ten year warranty so I only hope it will last!

Oct 22,2019Great service with regards to ordering/delivery and Refund due to item being broken. However I would have much preferred an undamaged item especially as I had booked the electrician in to fit it. These things happen, I know, but I had to reflect the score in it unfortunately

Oct 03,20191st day impressed with the next day delivery then it went downhill the shaver point didn't work, phoned up parts put in the post and delivered promptly, wrong shaped unit so it will not fit, back on the phone a week after delivery still no shaver point not the end of the world but not very good service and promises that the parts are on the way and still not resolved. albert brown growing older by the day.

Sep 30,20195 star product and service all round. Purchased a beautiful mirror for my new bathroom only to find it was missing mounting kit. One call to Modern Mirror Design and a replacement mirror delivered next day and the other collected. I certainly know where I will be shopping again. As a 70 year old farmer, that was service beyond belief.

Sep 24,2019Still in process of trying to send back a mirror that was wrong size. Not easy to do as they keep asking for pictures and removing packaging every time. Wish I had gone elsewhere It clearly says 14 day no quibble return
