Jun 10,2020Top Class Customer Service I was looking for the Mikkeller Beer Geek Beer Making Kit on the your website, I noticed it was sold out. The chat window appeared and I thought what the hell! let's ask when it's back in stock, not only did I receive an instant reply that wasn't automated, your employee searched the company inventory and found two in store, the employee suggested that he may be able to get one to your distribution centre and would make one available on the website should this be possible. One hour later I received an email with a link to buy the item which was promptly delivered. During these difficult times with delivery delays etc... Molloy's has outdone itself with it's customer focus and efficiency. Ps: Have you considered stocking the beer making mixes from Brooklyn Brewshop to accompany the kits. This will allow the people to reuse the kits. Thanks again! Paul

Jun 10,2020Used Molloys to order drinks during the COVID19 lockdown. To date all orders have arrived in 1-2 days despite the massive backlog. No complaints from me and will definitely keep on using. Only slight complaint is that the beer selection can be limited but I assume that’s given supply side issues across the board
