For the second time in one week my order didn't arrive on time. It was damaged in transit and missed the Birthday date. I'm very disappointed. I've used molloys lots of time and everything worked great before. Don't think I will use you again

Molloy's direct retail service is not the issue here, my problem lies with the delivery service, Fastway, that they choose to use. I made an order on April 27th, it was picked up by the courier soon after. It is now May 4th and I am still waiting for delivery, having paid a delivery fee of €7.99. According to the tracking number, which I was not initially sent, the order was due on May 1st. Whenever I have a delivery issue, from any point of sale, 9 times out of 10 it will be Fastway that is the delivery service at fault. It is not good enough. I have had friendly interactions with Molloy's and I appreciate their range of products, but as long as Fastway is the courier they use I will not be ordering from them again. I also feel it should be made clear on their website that they currently use Fastway, perhaps I missed it but I did not see this information. There are cheaper more reliable services I can use. Indeed buying just a little more product I could get free, reliable delivery from one of their rivals in Ireland or indeed from one of my favourite breweries in Denmark...something isn't adding up. Update 04/05/18 12:18: I've just received my delivery along with a very unpleasant encounter with the delivery man who didn't think he needed to deliver on time as he had nothing else to deliver to my area during the week. What I've said before goes all the more now: as long as Fastway is Molloy's delivery partner I won't be making any more, humble as they are, online orders.

Really love this store, but I was surprised with the delivery experience. Had expected a call day before to confirm a time/date for the delivery, but instead only recieved a call 40 minutes before the van arrived with the wine... and therefore I wasn't there to collect it. It was safely left with a neighbour and I was notified by text so no harm done, but a bit of advanced warning would have meant I could have been home myself. Will continue to shop in person at the store though as the selection is great!

The package came well packed and I’ve no complaints whatsoever with any aspect of the purchase or delivery. Only thing I can throw out is that maybe a Saturday delivery would really pull the customers in or say a pickup of the stock as an option at the nearest store would be superb. Thanks very much.
