Oct 17,2023In the beginning of my experience ordering the grande stone bath mat, everything was just great! There was an issue with shipping and not receiving the item on time, but their customer service was absolutely stellar. They were able to accommodate my requests due to a shipping accident and all was well! I now have the product and I love it. Dry time is very fast and looks sleek and aesthetic. I do suggest placing a non slip material under the mat to avoid any slipping (has not happened yet, but could see this potentially happening) Thank you Momo Lifestyle! Also - I bought their motion sensor round lights for my hall and my bathroom so I do not have to turn the large light on at night and it’s amazing! I love the warm light and hotel feel it brings to my space.

Sep 15,202350/50... Product was delivered fully opened and repackaged in a larger box. Also, had a small chip on the corner. The product overall is okay. It does have the slightest bow in the middle and is extremely light. I thought it would have more heft to it. Also, it slides easily on our tile floor. Outside of all of that, the product does work as advertised. I'm just not sure I would have paid almost $100 for it if I could do things over.

Sep 10,2023I researched the stone bath mats and found Momo Lifestyle so be the most highly rated so I ordered it from Walmart. Unfortunately Walmart cancelled the order because they did not think it could be delivered by the established date. The mat was a present so I was disappointed. I found out later that the mat had been delivered a day earlier than expected. The mat has exceeded expectations. Definitely better than fabric mats. A great gift and a great company that honors its commitment to customers.

Sep 08,2023I love this water dispenser! We have a small kitchen and it allowed us to store our 5 gallon water bottle vertically, giving us more space because it’s no longer on our counter. We’ve been using it for a year now and it still works like new. Initially, there was a shipping issue and delivery was delayed. Their customer service is top notch, one of the best. They were very responsive, helpful, kind , and took care of the issue in a timely manner. They even nice enough to throw in a small gift! I highly recommend you buy from them, that way you can be sure you won’t be given the run around, should anything happen.
