I emailed the company to inquire about the warranty And without hesitation they simply ask for my name and address so they could make it right immediately. With a million things to do everyday this was such a refreshing change from the hassle of everything else. In about As long as it took to write 5 sentences in email I had a replacement bathmat sent out. I couldn't have asked for an easier process and kinder people to have dealt with. Outstanding customer service and an amazing product.

Dec 20,2022I like the product, it works as advertised. I have previously purchased a similar mat from a different company. While the quality of the mats is comparable, the other company provided the non-slip under layer to put under the mat. Momo should provide this essential piece as well.

Dec 11,2022So far very pleased with this item. At first I had a few times with spills, but now that I amused to it, it works well. I will add that the instruction paper is so small it is hard to read. I haven’t been able to figure out the programable features, so I just use it on manual.

I want to buy more but I don't have any where to really put them right now. I will figure something out though. It arrived fast too. Great shower mat for that everyday luxury!

Nov 27,2022First of all I was impressed how quickly I received my order. Loved the MoMo Dry Pad for my kitchen sink so much, I decided to order 4 more for my bathrooms and for a gift for my daughter. My second order was delivered even sooner. I placed my second order on Tuesday 11/22/22 and received it on Saturday 11/26/22. That was over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very happy with the product and the great customer service.
