Was larger than expected which is good. Have only used once, but food was nicely cooked. Please don't ask to tip employees for an on-line order. It is tacky. Tips are meant to be for good service in an industry that provides a service.

The package arrived heavily damaged. Update: Customer Service promptly replied and resolved by refund me. I am looking forward to trying the product when it will become available.

Unfortunately there was a technical issue with my airfryer but Daniel at customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Customer service was excellent even though my purchase did not work out. The only reason I could not repurchase was because of a time constraint with needing the product right away. I do greatly appreciate the company taking care of their customers. Would repurchase from them again

I was looking for a water dispenser and Amazon was overwhelming. I saw too many dispensers that looked questionable, so I searched elsewhere. I found Momo, ordered the dispenser and cover set and am glad I made that choice. Everything works well and is easy to use with no questionable parts or unclear instructions.

I contacted Momo regarding an issue with the ceramic coating wearing off. Soon enough they shipped me a brand new unit! Prompt and efficient service! Better than Amazon!!

Wish I could remember what I was searching for when I saw very informative site about Momo-lifestyle bath mat. I liked the information presented and that this product is better than stepping out of a shower onto the rug you stepped on yesterday and the day before. My order was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. It’s been only a few days of use so far and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

The MOMO water dispensing is great. Fills up the water glass so fast with smooth action. Definitely a great buy! Holds a charge for a long time and charges quickly.

When I received my Momo Air Fryer, I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the drawer (basket). It required too much strength to pull it out, causing me to need to use two hands, one pulling it with all my might, and the other bracing myself against the fryer to keep it from moving. Ridiculous! I called Customer Support and they began helping me the same day. I was instructed to film a short video of seeing me struggle to open the drawer, and send to them. As soon as they received it, they immediately told me that they were sending me a new unit, and that I wasn't required to return the one I had. Yay! The new unit should be arriving in 4 days, and hopefully the drawer on that one will not require extra force to open. I'm giving them 4 stars--it's averaging out two separate scores, 5 for customer service and their amazing way of quickly resolving the issue, but 3 stars on the quality of the air fryer that I purchased.

Gets too hot on outside, needs to sit on a hot plate. Hate how it’s settings work. Grill plate is very thin. I am comparing to the Ninja I had, so went back to Ninja. No refunds available Since rating, I was contacted with an offer of refund, but I gave it away to my sister, so she is happy to have it as a gift.

I ordered the “5 Gallon Water Dispenser Rechargeable Water Pump” for camping in our RV. The pump is simple to operate and charge up; it makes refilling pitchers or cups from the big bottle an easy, waste free process. The order was shipped in a timely manner, it actually arrived before I anticipated it. Sign me very happy customer!
