From our very first chat he made me feel relaxed & explained every step in easy to understand terms. He was so understanding throughout the whole process & so easy to talk to. He even welcomed my extended family to take part in the whole process so I was very supported. I truly have great respect, trust & faith in John. We were a way off a deposit that was going to get us the kind of place we were looking for. Support from John, and an incredible financial review was invaluable for getting us where we needed to be. Life took over, covid hit and we found ourselves back in Canberra and ready to buy again this year. Of course, Money Jar Concept (and John) immediately came to mind, we crossed our fingers and toes he’d help two former inner west Melbournians, now Canberrans find a home in the ACT. We’re so grateful John jumped at the opportunity, he’s honest, a joy, fun and frank. After our first reconnection meeting, we knew we were in the best hands. A referral from a relative is all it took for us to take the first step and give John a call. You can tell that John just wants to help and listen. His tone and genuine conversations assured us that it is possible to get back on our feet. Step by step, he took us through the process on how we could manage our circumstances.
