Jun 24,2021Brinda Dagworthy was beyond helpful in securing my first mortgage for a first-time home buyer property purchase. The entire process took exactly two months from initial point of contact through to completion of sale, and Brinda also advised me on my solicitor who professionally, courteously, and charmingly assisted me in each step of this process. I cannot put words into how helpful Brinda has been in my property purchase, and it goes without saying that Brinda's services will be preferred with exclusivity at time of mortgage renewal moving forward as her customer service is seven stars, world class, and a pleasure of professionalism and courtesy every step of the way. Katrina has been there from day one, answering all of our questions and queries, explaining everything to us in depth so we understand and has been absolutely brilliant. Always responds within a timely manner, with both emails and phone calls. Dont know what we would have done without her during this process. Katrina really knows her stuff and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I deal with mortgage advisors with my job and have never dealt with a better mortgage advisor. Would 100% recommend. We have had a stressful time during the whole process but have never had to worry about the mortgage. Thank you Katrina!

Jun 06,2021James Berry was recommended to us by our estate agent when we sold our house with them for our onward purchase. Based on our previous experience with a house purchase and the painful mortgage application process we went through, we were dreading it again. Needless to say James has made the whole process seamless, particularly seeing as initially we could only use 1 lender due to being furloughed. We found James to be confidently reassuring throughout the whole process, quick to reply and keep us updated, and only happy to help wherever he can. What we initially thought would be the most difficult part of our house move, thanks to James it turned out to be the easiest part of the process. We would highly recommend!
