May 06,2021Adam was extremely helpful in helping me get on the housing ladder. His advice was clear and matched the lender requirements perfectly. The entire process was quick ( just over a week from application to lender offer). This was down to Adam's professionalism and understanding of what kind of product I was looking for. I'm very happy to recommend moneysprite to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Apr 14,2021Jack Ellison has been an amazing mortgage advisor. He was very prompt with his calls to me. He was there with me throughout the mortgage process. A very patient guy with a very pleasant personality. He always gave me correct advice and kept me informed through email and phone calls. There was a time when i lost the patience with the bank as they were taking far too long to decided on the mortgage offer. Jack spoke to the manager and resolved the issue and got the mortgage approved overnight. I am really grateful to Jack for his support throughout. Thanks Jack. 😊

She always goes the extra mile and really cares about her clients. She has been there for me whenever I have needed her and always gives me the right advice of how to progress. My mortgage has been complicated but Katie has made it all completely manageable. She always has a smile on her face and always makes me feel valued. I deal with many professionals in my line of work and I can truly say, Katie is 100% incredible at her job but also in her customer service. I am also recommending her to my closest friend as I rate her services so highly. She is an asset to anyone who has the privilege of working with her.

Apr 06,2021We had a complicated case with regards to the conditions related to type of mortgage offer we were seeking and Laz was able to find out quickly which bank (unfortunately there was only one) would accept all our criteria and offer us a mortgage. Laz also advised us to seek advice from other brokers and although others made promises of various mortgage options, they all came back with the answer as Laz. In the end, we went went with Moneysprite as we felt that Laz was not only quick to respond, he provided us with advice that was straight-forward, no nonsense and advised us to 'shop-around' before making any decision. Following on from the application, the support we got from his administrator Lynne, was tremendous. We had to to complete in two months otherwise the whole chain would have collapsed! In that time, there were stipulations from the bank that had to be fulfilled involving many stakeholders that we never thought we would complete in time. Lynne not only constantly chased the bank for updates, but also updated us each time of her progress. For all the hard work that both Laz and Lynne put in to help us get our house (on time), they are definitely superstars! And to top if off, we were not charged a broker fee. I strongly recommend them and I am sure their energy and dedication will help you through any mortgage process!

Laz was great at explaining the pros and cons of our different options and how much they would each cost which really helped us decide which mortgage to go for.
