Sep 05,2021If you're looking for fair, impartial and easy to understand mortgage advice, look no further! I was referred to Chris from MoneySprite via the estate agents I listed my property with and he has been absolutely outstanding. Nothing is ever too much for him, he has taken time to fully understand our wants and needs, provided us with all the options available to us along with his opinion of what is our best choice. From renewing our current mortgage to helping us find the best mortgage for our new purchase, he's been incredibly informative, friendly and patient. We also had a brief dealing with Laz while Chris was unwell and he was also brilliant, giving us some advice regarding property surveys and sending a detailed list of all the documents Chris would need to apply for our new mortgage, making both mine and Chris' lives easier. Buying and selling properties at the same time is awfully stressful, but Chris has taken one worry off my mind by dealing with my mortgage for me. Highly recommend!!

Sep 03,2021Decided to go with them due to being let down by banks previously. Chris was friendly, very helpful and always kept us updated with progress via phone, email or text, and with the amount of emails I sent he always replied! Without his help I don’t think we would have got our mortgage or insurance sorted! Excellent service definitely recommend (I’ve referred a friend too!)

Aug 20,2021My partner and I have been dreaming of finding our dream home for years and never thought it would be possible with my partners credit rating, however Laz and his team made our dream a reality! we were in a much better position than we thought when we had our initial consultation with Laz and so we decided to get house hunting right away. We can't thank them enough for all the help and advice they gave! Would recommend using moneysprite again and again! They were very helpful and knowledgeable, always updated us and nothing was ever too much trouble. Especially as we were first time buyers, we didn't have a clue what we were doing! So, thanks again!

Aug 17,2021Very happy with the service received by brinda, it was a difficult time to re mortgage in the middle of a pandemic and things took a lot longer then expected with a few bumps in the road. Brinda made sure we got the best deal and always found a solution to our problems that we came across. Will be continuing to use brinda in the future.
