This company took 1100 from my MasterCard in December and told me to expect delivery of goods in January 2015 No goods as of yet ( Now 18 February 2015 ) and the only responses I have had have been prompted by me threatening to refer it to MasterCard .Still no suggestion that they are ever going to come up with the goods. Matter is now in MasterCard's disputes department so that I can get my money back.
Slow delivery and inadequate response to problems with the order. Bought some stools back in November 2014 and received in the middle of December. I had ordered 2 pairs of stools as described on their website and received just one pair. Upon assembling, one of the stools did not function properly and it took then over a month (still not sorted!) to get closer to a resolution. Now they claim that the order was for just one pair of stools and conveniently the product disappeared from their website. I ended up buying them from my local Asda and the stools were much better quality. Stay away from them, not worthy the hassle to save a few pounds.
I placed order for marble furniture - dining table, chairs, coffee and console table almost 9weeks ago. I was promised delivery within 3-4weeks but still awaiting delivery date. I have made countless calls to the customer service, only to get reassurance each time that I would be contacted but nothing happens after each call. After several calls and emails still no delivery. As I write, I am still waiting for my furniture without any delivery date in sight. This is so unacceptable and I shall definitely not be buying from this company again.
Had ordered two sofas with a 2 to 3 week waiting period, but within a week I was told that the manufacturer had sold out and discontinued that model. Morale sent me an email offering me a different model or a refund. I opted for the refund, and within two days I recieved it. I am very happy with swift response and service, and would be happy to deal with them again.
I ordered a bookcase on 3rd May and have only just received the goods today (3rd June) All communications were initiated by myself in trying to trace what was happening with the delivery. I couldn't find a contact phone number particularly when the following happened: I emailed on 8th May. No response I emailed on 12th May. No response I emailed on 13th May. No response I emailed on 15th May. No response I emailed on 16th May. Response received on 17th May Delivery received 3rd June Please put a contact phone number on your website!
The experience that I had with Morale Home Furnishings probably doesn't happen much but it's left a very bad impression on me and I will never use this company again. I placed an order for a console table which was supposedly coming in to stock the following week and I was to expect it within two weeks time. It took 4 weeks and when it came it wasn't what I ordered and was also damaged. I requested that the piece be picked up. Customer service said they would try to find a suitable replacement that looked like the one I saw on their website. I waited to hear back but after 5 days I gave up hope. I asked again for the item to be picked up and to have my money refunded. Again, nothing seemed straight forward with Morale. It took three attempts to collect this piece and the third attempt was arranged by myself. When I personally called the courier they miraculously arrived that afternoon. Shame I wasted two days waiting for a courier that was never coming. Not really sure why it took three attempts and Morale didn't seem to care or have any clue themselves. When the piece was finally returned to their warehouse no one even contacted me to apologise for inconveniencing me or to apologise for sending the wrong item. Turns out they don't even have the item they showed on their website. Like I said, "Never again".
i got a reclining chair from this comany when it arrived it was very wobbly and the handle to make the chair go back was not fitted right .during the fist week of using this chair the bolt fell off .i got in touch with the office many time and was told i would get al call back but never did. after much annoyance to myself i finilly spoke to the manager who said they would give my a brand new chair which eventually they did but the workmanship was still very poor would never use this firm again.
I have only one negative comment. Which is the bedstead was delivered a day earlier than requested. Even though I speciified a date on the order. Luckily I was in. Good value for money. Looks beautiful in daughters bedroom.
Ordered set of drawers expected delivery as agreed to be to my house, that being my front door in my home. Not at the bottom of the common close , but they did to be fair rectify this and build my furniture for £45. but this took 3 weeks!!!!! Please Morale you are a great shop offering quality just make things more transparent initially.
After an initial problem with the product being out of stock, the team at Morale pulled out the steps and got a substitute delivered next day and at the lower cost of our original order. Thanks a lot

I ordered a chest of drawers and wardrobe, my husband had to build them up (which was not a problem) but the back panel of the wardrobe was slightly damaged and there were a couple of holes that weren't drilled out either for the drawers. He managed to sort it himself and it looks fine. I didn't contact Morale about the back of the wardrobe or the holes as I will just paint the wardrobe back white and it will never be seen when their are clothes in it. I have bought from the store before and over all I am happy with my purchases. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery which wasn't a problem, however, I cleared out the old furniture and so needed the new wardrobe and drawers in situ otherwise I would have told Morale about this. The furniture isn't the most sturdy but then the price I paid told me that already...but it looks expensive and really modern.
The delivery service was great, they arrived on time and we had advance warning of the time. The drivers gave us time to check the goods which were all in good order. After assembly the table looked exactly like on the website and is just right for our lounge. Very satisfied indeed.
Excellent service and excellent product, great value for money, delivery was quick, no problems, except for my German shepherd finds my new chair so comfy she thInks I purchased it for her! Definitely use again.
We ordered a bed and mattress that were both showing in stock on their website. 3 weeks later the bed arrived with no mattress, this was after we were told the delivery will be with you between 07:00 Friday and noon Sunday! 3 days to wait in!!!! Then only the bed arrived no sign of any mattress. After several phone calls we managed to speak to someone who assured us there was a mistake and the mattress will be with you asap. Again unable to track the delivery of the mattress but this time it was narrowed down to one day. Mattress arrived but wrong type!! Couldn't right this in a book!! We have decided to keep the mattress as it is of the same manufacturer as the one we ordered and same build quality. It also saved dealing with Morale Furnishings again. Overall: disappointed! Oh and my name on this site needs to be more than 4 letters long. Have to blame my parents for that one!!
One to two weeks delivery means no contact for 1+2 weeks. Then the promise of a phone call with a delivery date in week 4. DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER! If its 4 weeks delivery then say its 4 weeks delivery.
I'm still waiting for delivery, so cannot comment on quality of goods. However, after placing an order I received two calls asking me to confirm what I'd ordered and what colour I wanted (the goods were ordered online so why the confusion?). After three weeks, still nothing has arrived, but delivery can take up to six weeks. It seems a long time. Staff have been extremely pleasant and polite though and I am looking forward to receiving the goods, which I am sure will be fine.

Apr 07,2016Ordered coffe table online. Delivery was fast but unfortunately table was damaged. Not suppliers fault as came in sealed box from manufacture. I emailed Morale and within a few days a replacement was delivered.
