Was very pleased with two headboards I ordered for our son's beds, not exactly cheap, but you can tell the quality of them. Very sturdy, well made and finished, worth the money when you see them, and they really stand out In their bedrooms, making them a feature. 1st time shopping with Morale, and would recommend them.
Our new chair arrived within the stated delivery time and was exactly as described. Excellent communication, will definitely use again.

Gorgeous bed and looks much more expensive than it was. Problem with delivery and as soon as I called it was sorted within 10 minutes! Excellent service!
I found this company through the amazon site. When I contacted the shop in Hillington I found the person I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. When my 7 drawer cabinet arrived the 2 delivery men were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company .

we bought a set of bunk beds for my sons room , the product was easy to assemble and was very robust when fully made up ...the quality of the product was great and the price excellent also ...
I had read countless bad reviews for this store, but a few good ones, so decided to ignore the bad and give them a go. Stupid me. I ordered a couple of pillowcases on the website and was charged immediately. 2 days later my items still hadn't been dispatched. I phoned to find out why, to be told they didn't actually have the items in stock, but would TRY to get them! I told them I ought not to have been charged for something they didn't have, if that was that case I should only have been charged once they had the items ready to dispatch. I did get my refund perfectly ok, but I'm afraid will not be shopping there again. Once bitten . . .
I do appreciate that items may be out of stock but being made aware of this fact at the time of ordering is important (i.e., an updated website) as I do believe that I would not have ordered these items (or perhaps I would have ordered different items). I received a phone message approximately a week after I placed the order to say that some of the items were out of stock and that I should receive them by the end of the second week, but I didn't. I just telephoned today (3 weeks after the fact) and I was told that they will arrive next week (i.e., 4 weeks after original order date) and that I would be receiving a phone call the week after that (i.e., 5 weeks after the original order date to arrange for delivery)! Really frustrating. Will not order form them again.
Took my money, no contact for two weeks. Finally got hold of them, no stock and no reason for not refunding

Made a trip through to store to see furniture before ordering but was disappointed that no items in range were kept in stock however decided to go ahead and can say am very pleased with items received

i thought that the product is lovely if a little slow to arrive-i was quoted 10-14 days it was actually 16 days. Delivery very good and men were polite. Other delivery people take their shoes off these didnt when entering my house.
I am writing this review in the hope of preventing people from ordering from this awful company that go under the name of 'Moral Home Furnishings' AND 'First Furniture' due to the fact that one company got such a bad reputation, they had to go under a different name. I will therefore be writing this review for both. I urge you please don't buy from this company (companies), seek your item somewhere else and they will do a price match if this is coming up as cheapest. To be honest I'm not even sure they actually have the items they are advertising. They just take your money for months on end, make interest on it (which the owner actually told me they do, even though it is minimal) and then never end up delivering the item. We paid for a new sofa on our credit card in DECEMBER. In January after hearing nothing from the company, no correspondence whatsoever about when it would be delivered I rung to ask where it was. I was told end of January the item would be in stock again (even though the website said 'in stock' delivery in 7-10 days). This was not true and they never updated their website. It is still on there now! This is false advertising. End of January came and went, again with no communication from them, so I rung back again and was finally told this item was not available until March (if it even exists). It was then I decided to cancel the order and the real fun started. I was told to cancel I had to send the company an email. When my refund never materialised I rung AGAIN and was told this email had never even been opened or read. Finally I was put through to the 'accounts dept' which incidentally is the owner who doesn't get in until 10:30am so this 'department' is not open and is literally the RUDEST man alive. Every time I rung I also had to speak to the most dis-interested girl. This company (companies) is run by actual MORONS who care so little about the fact that you have been out of pocket hundreds of pounds for months because they have been literally laughing their way to the bank earning interest and spending YOUR hard earned money. I have been charged over £20 interest for the sofa I bought on my credit card and so will now have to claim this through section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act - when I quoted this to the owner he said he'd never heard of it, yet delighted in telling me he'd been in this business of swindling people out of money for 6 years. It is absolutely disgusting that I have lost £20 for nothing, I have no sofa, I have paid interest for no reason all because they couldn't be bothered to just email/call me up and say this item was out of stock. I have now got to face the arduous task of claiming for this from my credit card company, and lodging a formal complaint with the financial ombudsman regarding the appallingly fraudulent behaviour of these companies. Please please please don't waste months of your life and throw your money down the drain by going to order from Morale OR first furniture.
we purchased a ottoman style bed from Morale home furnishings its was much cheaper than rival websites and was delivered in within a week at a time and date of my request the actual bed it self is very good quality and very comfortable i couldnt fault the price the delivery or quality from this merchant and would definatly recomend their products and service
I wanted a stunning bed and didn't want to spend a lot. I was dubious about buying online but i bought from Morale and couldn't be happier. They kept me up to date on when the bed came in to stock and delivered a few days later. The driver was nice and delivered on the day they said. I have high expectations and was so glad when they were met, the bed was very reasonably priced and beautiful, lovely fabric and great quality, so pleased!

Ordered my furniture on 12th December and was assured that the delivery date I asked for could be made, After checking with the couriers, Morale said it could be done, so I placed the order. I wanted my furniture on the 20th. First delivery was a part delivery on the 19th, not as requested. After numerous phone calls back and forth was told it would be delivered on the Monday 23rd. It didn't happen, after calling again I was then informed delivery would be made after christmas as it was lost in the warehouse. Not good when you have guests coming for Christmas. Delivery was then attempted again on the 30th, no notification to me so couldn't take delivery as I was at work. When I contacted driver (20 mins from delivery time) was told delivery would be made next day. Waited in again, no delivery, contacted by Panther and told no delivery would be made as goods were taken back to Durham, and driver had misinformed me on the phone. Another rearranged redelivery for the 3rd. Was promised a morning delivery, goods arrived in the afternoon. All in all an appalling experience, and embarrassing when family stayed for christmas and New Year but no where to store clothes. I would buy Bentley furniture again, the product is excellent but the service has put me off buying from Morale, and Panther Couriers ever again. I will find another supplier in the future.

Apr 03,2014After ordering and paying for a product Morale Home Furnishings could not supply, I patiently waited for funds to be put back into my bank account, and when that didn't happen I phoned them and was politely told 'you will recieve an email when the refund has been issued'. When that didn't happen I sent an email to which they responded very apologetically with a promise my refund would be issued that very day, but still no refund came. Sent another email for which I'm still awaiting a response and still no refund. So I guess you could say I am not very happy with this company so far and probably would not do business with them again.
