Oct 09,2021All the editors and operation managers were so helpful and genuinely cared about my applications. The editors thoroughly looked through my work, offered expert revisions, and truly wanted the best for me. I felt like they were all on my team, rooting for me to get into medical school. I also constantly asked questions to editors and they were always sure to comprehensively address them. They also gave positive feedback and noted specific areas for improvement. As a writer, I have gotten better because of Motivate MD and their team.

Oct 07,2021I really appreciate the time the med student interviewers invested in my interview prep (1.5 hr for the first session and ~1 hr for the second session). I'd like to give my honest feedback because I think the team will appreciate it. Instead of spending 45 min of our mock interview asking me question after question, I'd appreciate it more if the interviewers had focused on some of the common questions and gave me feedback right after each question (at least for the first interview session) because personally, that's all I need. For example, it would be best if we had gone over common questions 2-3 times. The interviewers were very set on how they wanted to do the mock interview (non-stop 45-min interview following with a 15-30 min feedback). I felt like they did not want to listen to me and customize the mock interview experience. Maybe this works for someone else but not for me. In my actual interviews with the medical schools, I was only asked common questions such as "why medicine", "why this school", "strength and weakness" so I wish we had gone through these questions more instead of difficult, ethical questions. Also, the "introduction/ strategy" session is supposed to be 30 min. In reality, it was only 3-5 min in which the first interviewer read what was in the interview prep package that they sent us. Overall, I really appreciate their help. I think they do care and try their best. I just wish they are more flexible in how they run interviews.

Sep 25,2021I can't thank Motivate MD Team enough for all the work that you all do! So thankful I found Motivate MD to help me with this process because I could not do it without them! Since Day 1 after speaking with Becca over the phone about this service, I signed up immediately. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she was also so pleasant to speak with. She gave/gives the best advice like she would if I was a family member and answers all my questions, 24/7. I also had a setback in the process and she was very accommodating to work with me. She is truly genuine and reminds me of the reasons why I'm pursuing medicine. The rest of the Motivate MD Team are also the same. I worked with several editors on my personal statement, work/activities, and secondary essays and I couldn't thank them enough! They are all extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. I honestly could not have done this without them and I am pleased with the services. When I initially started, I had no idea what to even write or how to write my personal statement, but they were patient and gave such detailed and constructive feedback. It was all my experiences, my thoughts, and reflections combined, but they helped me put these ideas together in a way that made sense to any reader, not just in my head. :) The essays are concise and answered the prompts and I'm glad they helped me do that or I probably would have embarrassed myself with my previous drafts lol. I also want to note that I didn't get an incentive for writing this review; I just want everyone to know that this service is worth every penny and I am very fortunate and pleased that I was able to sign up for it. I know others may not have the means, but if you're looking for an editing service, I highly recommend it! You can't find any other editing services that are very accommodating at this price with excellent customer service. Thank you again Motivate MD Team for helping me during this grueling premed process!! :)

After receiving an average first review, Becca connected me with Victoria who did such an amazing job that I requested her for all of my reviews afterwards. Victoria provided me with thoughtful feedback that not only elevated my writing, but took into account many social factors from the perspective of a medical professional. In addition, she went above and beyond answering my questions and even meeting once on Zoom. I am so appreciative of the noticeable time and effort that she has spent revising my essays as I am aware she is an M3 with limited availability. I sincerely believe that my application/future journey as a premed was made better with Victoria's help.

Both the doctor and the MD student were thorough and offered an in depth interview. He was prepared and felt confident. Aug 29,2021I was struggling to find direction and organize my thoughts when I began writing my secondaries. I found Motivate MD by chance and decided I would give it a chance. I was connected with Sophia who was not only great at providing edits but allowed me to develop my own writing style that I used to (hopefully) submit quality writing. Although my connection was entirely virtual, Becca always ensured I was satisfied and that the turnaround time was met. Thank you all for your support. Aug 17,2021Motivate MD was the most reasonably priced interview service I could find. So many services prey on anxious pre-med students and charge an arm and a leg, but not Motivate MD. I had many questions so I called on a weekend, and to my surprise, Becca answered my call. She was so sweet and spent so much time answering all my concerns & questions. I felt confident in what they could offer as far as interview prep. While I wasn’t able to use them now due to an unexpected personal situation, if I ever need an interview service in the future, Motivate MD would be at the top of my list just based on my interactions with them. Thank you Becca!!

I especially appreciate Ankitha and her detailed suggestions/follow-up questions!! <3 Overall, my essays are now so much stronger, I feel much more confident submitting, and I have felt very supported by Becca and the entire team throughout the whole process.
