Motor 2 go in Uxbridge, dodgy company with very poor customer service, staff useless, awful, please avoid the company to deal with. Person who i spoke over the phone lied in terms of deposit, it was told that if i dont like the car deposit will be refunded as is only to secure the car for a test drive. I went to see and test drive the car on Saturday 05.08.23, sat nav sent me to road named Blacksmith lane by white house which i seen on their website but unfortunately no dealership there, after call made to the dealership a person who i spoke said that the right address will be sent in the minute.Nothing was sent I was waiting 25 minute and decide to go back to Coventry. When I contacted them in next day they apologized me saying that they could not find contact details to contact me- falsehood, when they contacted me about deposit at that time it wasn't problem to contact. They have no respect to customers after deposit taken, communication service is rubbish. I went to days later , finally find the place and test drive completed. test drive was OK but one alloy was damaged and cuts in tyres fixed terrible. Even I decided don't buy the car i had a feeling that i have to buy the car they were pushing all the time since first contact them. Because I decided that i dont want the car due damaged alloy cuts in tyres , poor customer and communication service , Abraham told that deposit is nonrefundable.Looks like doesnt matter whether you like the car no , you have to buy the car or you lost deposit. Where are customers rights to let me decide myself if want,like the car , I can trust this dealership,they deserve to make deal with them. When somebody from this place was contacting me about deposit, he said that deposit is refundable if I dont like the car. Sound like this is their trick so guys please be aware about their technique !!!! After my feedback the replied manager said that I have signed deposit declaration and I was aware about their term- another non truth I have relied on the email on 14.08.2023 to show me this form, no contact from them. I did not sign any form and wasnt informed about their dodgy rules. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy dealership Motor 2 Go in Uxbridge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! away from them!

Please Avoid this company as they chasing money not customer service and satisfaction. We were dealing with very friendly and really nice salesman who did care about us and deal and we agreed for the price then we paid in deposit to secure car , we did receive invoice and deposit confirmation as the salesman was very good as he was providing great service. The day where we were going (this day our salesman was off)to book tickets they phone us telling that someone turned up paying more money (closer to asking price) so they ask us to pay more then we agreed to have this car so mannger decided to go with money instead of reputation of their "word" what shows excel how this company goes whit clients and that's probably one of the reasons why they have low rating in feedback as MONEY OVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is more important for them. They refund deposit with extra 50 pounds for wasting our time but as i mentioned it's not about money it's about beeing fair and if you made a deal where you pay deposit you should keep what you saying that's how most businesses build reputation and best service. Again thank you for salespersons time as he was great till his manager decided to let us down as chasing money was more important. Avoid this place and if you looking for any advice it's always good to send feedbacks to Ombudsman Service. “A Fish Rots From the Head Down”

Hi Mr Abrahim, just to clarify this review has nothing to do Mr singh, otherswise again you gonna jusity it by some standard drafted reply and put all the blame on some random guy. forget about my problem, i am more concerned about this poor soul Mr Singh whom you are blaming for your poor after sale services. if you have sold someone a faulty van its your prime duty to get it corrected at first reporting. i am worried why this person is chasing you from a long time and why he has not left any other options but to provide his feedback, this is absolutely not a right approach from your side to run a business smoothly. you guys propose us if we remove our review then only you will solve our problem. may i know why ???? why dont you solve our problem first ??? why we have been dragged to this position ???? you need to have a inner look at yourself rather than blaming others. nobody is asking favours here. you guys have sold faulty vans on full market price which itself is a crime and your prime focus should be on solving the problem rather than blackmailing the person. start replying on the phone or msgs and also solve it when we visit you in person and you will see no reviews here. you yourself are forcing your customers to put reviews. update : dear Mr abrahim, stop putting same drafting msgs everywhere and update us on the resolution you provide to your customers ?? why you are so much worried about the reviews but not actually solving the problem. why are trying to threaten people that if they put review you gonna take them to court or report to police. its your legal responsibility to solve a problem at first go rather than making a deal that you will solve the problem only if reviews are deleted. let the world know that dealing with you guys is actually wasting their money coz you will sell faulty vans and will not solve people’s problem and will blackmail them if they put any feedback on social media. by the way we still waiting for your police call, we also want to get this investigated. its your legal duty to get repair the vans you sold and you are clearing MOT’s even after major faults,let police discover everything now let me clear you one thing, this is a genuine review by his wife and you are not dealing with his problem but threatening him over the whatsapp, let me know if you want me to post screenshots here

I Went motor 2 go to buy a van but i was shocked the way they advertising on auto trader , car guru and website. went for test drive and vans are not road worthy and also their customer service is so rude and awful . Was about to give them deposit but luckily i saw their reviews on google and i chaged my mind . They buying vans from auction and surprised they selling these scrapped vans to customers without any fear . Do not buy vans from motor 2 go . For peace of mind go proper dealer

Bought van from this people it been a month now. From day one the van is creating so many problems. Wheel making extremely loud noise and been local garage they said its needs all four discs and pads and front wheel barring need to replace. But motor 2 go specifically mr abrahim awful customer services and fake promises and till now nothing has been done . If needed i will put all the images and also the videos where noise coming will put here . Avoid motor 2 go at any cost . They selling all auction vans full of rust and not in good condition vans

Recently bought my first car I’m happy to say that I actually loved the whole experience from top too bottom the customer service throughout the deal Made me feel comfortable throughout the sale and couldn’t be more Happier with my Renault megane They also serviced the car for me and Applied fresh 12 months MOT definitely will come back for my second car. Thank you for the exquisite Service that was provided.

Excellent service! Abraham delt with the whole process and was very easy! Went and looked at a very clean van on the wednesday which had one parking sensor out which I was told it would be repaired for me on arrival on Friday which it was. Would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a van for a good price. 10/10

AVOID - racked 3 parking tickets in my name when I had to send it back due to issues that should of never been there. A bought a car from them a year ago and when I had to give my car back to them so they could sort the issues, (which should of never been there in the first place) they had it for 2 weeks and racked up 3 parking tickets in my name. I was so upset as I’ve never got a parking ticket in my life. 2 of the tickets they paid (after I chased them multiple times) however they 3rd one is still outstanding 1 whole year later and I’ve just received a final notice for it. I appealed it with the council at the time to say it wasn’t in my possession and to pass it onto them directly, I also text motor 2 go various times to ask them to pay it they ignored me and clearly still haven’t paid it. This is completely unprofessional and frankly appalling. Avoid this company, they are quick to sell you the vehicle but their aftercare is unsatisfactory and they are dishonest.

Thanks to the team at Motor2Go, once I made my mind up to go for the van they reassured me it would be ready within 3-5 days. I appreciate the speed as they got my van with the finance ready for me in 3 working days and updated me during the whole process as it’s my first ever van purchase this is all new to me. The Ford transit I purchased has everything I requested for and wanted to give it a run around for a week before leaving a review. So as they promised they delivered really well! Cheers to that, thank you guys! I can start getting back to work :)

Bought my A class from them. Meer provided an excellent customer service and was always on hand when I needed him. It was my first time buying a car and he made the process so smooth and easy going. Would definitely recommend.
