Apr 15,2025Excellent service. Mountain Rescue picked my son and I up from Lyon. We were delayed every step of the flight but our driver James waited patiently for us and we had an excellent experience in a very clean and comfortable car. I would definitely use Mountain Rescue Transfers again.

Mar 18,20257 of us had a return transfer from Lyon to Tignes with MRT and they are excellent. We were late arriving and then the drive to Tignes was very busy with school holiday traffic but Laszlo minimised the pain by using the local roads despite the police road blocks. The return was early and avoided the traffic with the added benefit of Cathy stopping at a fantastic bakery for coffee, cake and a toilet stop. Thoroughly recommend them.

Mar 13,2025We’re so happy to have found a transfer company we can truly rely on. The service was reasonably priced, the vans were comfortable and reliable, and the drivers were incredibly friendly. Mark, who drove us to the resort, and Steve on the return journey, were both fantastic—great conversation made the 2.5-hour transfer fly by. Traveling with three kids under seven can be challenging, but both drivers went out of their way to ensure their comfort, making the trip enjoyable for the whole family. A quality experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using your service for years to come. Highly recommended!

We booked a transfer with Mountain Rescue and our UK > GVA flight was delayed, cancelled, rescheduled and then delayed again, all due to UK snowfall. Simon the owner was absolutely superb in rearranging pick up days/times to help us in our time of need. Excellent, speedy communication, all done with a highly positive can-do attitude. Initial contact via phone, subsequently via WhatsApp messages made for a reassuring experience in a highly stressful situation for our group which included a 3 year old. Hristina, our driver was excellent too, very knowledgable and accommodating to the needs of our party of 7. The taxi was comfortable and delivered us promptly door to door. Highly recommended.

Jan 09,2025What a great outfit. We were massively delayed flying into Chambery Airport. Diverted to Grenoble before finally touching down at Chambery around 5 hours later than planned. Our driver Mark hung around for us after we kept both him and company boss Simon in the loop regarding our horror flight! They had every right to charge us far more than they did in terms of an additional fee. That gesture was appreciated. The VW vans they use are superb. A really comfy and reassuring ride up and down to Les Arcs where we were staying. Finally, both our drivers, Mark on the way up and Teimo on the way down were lovely people, full of stories and knowledge about the area. We will definitely use Mountain Rescue again should we return to the Alps. 👏🏻👍
