Oct 27,2023The only complaint that I have is that it takes awhile to get the adjustments done. Otherwise the Technician was very good at communicating the status of the case. I wish BP could be "fixed" to permanently count an unborn child towards the income limits on the TIC instead of always needing a data fix.

Oct 27,2023I contacted Technical Support and spoke to Mr. Jobi Mundaniohl and explained the 2 errors that were listing on the "Overdue Tasks" & "interact Score". He opened a ticket and worked to resolve the problems that I was having. I am extremely happy with the results. I appreciate his work ethic.
